Atty Pat assisted with helping my son’s citation. He helped any way he could and his staff was wonderful to work with if he was busy in court. All of our questions were answered and we never felt rushed or like we weren’t important. We got the best possible outcome from the citation and the reason is because of Pat Cafferty. We are forever thankful and will only use Cafferty’s office for all legal issues in our family.

I HIGHLY recommend T. Durkin and this law firm! After attempting to apply for SSI on my own and getting nowhere, I decided to find an attorney. Not even 1 year later, we got approved! From their assistant to the actual attorney- they took care of everything! They were always there to answer my questions and follow up with any updates! I only wish I would have contacted them sooner!

Pat did everything he said he would do for my criminal case. Even during Covid when it was hard to be in face to face contact he still was able to handle the case and get the job done. He put my mind at ease during a ruff situation. Truly hands down great attorney and staff.

I highly recommend this ffirm. I retained Attorney Durkin for my Disability case which had been denied several times, but he got it approved immediatly at hearing! They are very professional and are happy to answer any questions you may have. And they return your phone calls very promptly too! None of this was true with the bigger firms that advertise on t.v. that I've had. They don't care about you, or even know who you are when you call. Don't make the mistake of hiring a big firm that's not personable. It literally doesn't pay!!!
