Heather is always prompt about getting back to calls and emails. She is honest about her fees without hidden charges. I didn't feel it was fair to be charged for a conversation she had with my ex-mother in-law without my consent. There was also an error in a dated document about my physical placement time, where I lost hotel money because I flew to Wisconsin from Florida and I was not allowed to see my kids. I was unhappy about that. I had a parent alienation case and she wasn't as aggressive as I needed. So If you have any alienated child you need someone who specializes in that arena. Overall, my 2 year experience was satisfactory though.

I would highly recommend Atty Scheidigger and Atty Cafferty. The process to help us fight what we believed to be a unfair traffic ticket was simple and easy. They were diligent. They called me and asked for information over the phone making it easy for me to not have to miss work and appointments. I will definitely use them again, should the need arise.
