I hired Jillian Scheidegger as my attorney. She did a amazing job with my case.(4th owi) She was outstanding and very upfront and hounest with me. Jillian didn't give me any false hope. She worked diligently on my case. With her hard work when the day came to sentencing it turn out better then what we hoped for. I greatly appreciate her hard work along with the staff at Cafferty & Schedeggers for the help and do diligents. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a attorney.

Called 4 times leading up to the court date and spoke with someone every time about a (1st call ) month prior to court date and they said they would get back to me… The day of the court date on my final attempted call, ohhh we can’t help you today. You should have let me know a couple weeks in advance, thanks for nothing I’ll go and handle it myself. Be more professional and give someone the courtesy to hire someone else instead of leading them on next time.

Heather Nelson is an excellent attorney. My divorce was recently finalized, and I could not have been able to go through the negotiation process with my former husband without her knowledge help and guidance. Divorce is never easy, but with Heather’s help I was able to get through this process a lot easier because of her upbeat attitude and amazing skills. Atty Pat assisted with helping my son’s citation. He helped any way he could and his staff was wonderful to work with if he was busy in court. All of our questions were answered and we never felt rushed or like we weren’t important. We got the best possible outcome from the citation and the reason is because of Pat Cafferty. I HIGHLY recommend T. Durkin and this law firm! After attempting to apply for SSI on my own and getting nowhere, I decided to find an attorney. Not even 1 year later, we got approved! From their assistant to the actual attorney- they took care of everything! They were always there to answer my questions and follow up with any updates! I only wish I would have contacted them sooner!
