Pat did everything he said he would do for my criminal case. Even during Covid when it was hard to be in face to face contact he still was able to handle the case and get the job done. He put my mind at ease during a ruff situation. Truly hands down great attorney and staff.

I highly recommend this ffirm. I retained Attorney Durkin for my Disability case which had been denied several times, but he got it approved immediatly at hearing! They are very professional and are happy to answer any questions you may have. And they return your phone calls very promptly too! None of this was true with the bigger firms that advertise on t.v. that I've had. They don't care about you, or even know who you are when you call. Don't make the mistake of hiring a big firm that's not personable. It literally doesn't pay!!!

Heather is always prompt about getting back to calls and emails. She is honest about her fees without hidden charges. I didn't feel it was fair to be charged for a conversation she had with my ex-mother in-law without my consent. There was also an error in a dated document about my physical placement time, where I lost hotel money because I flew to Wisconsin from Florida and I was not allowed to see my kids. I was unhappy about that. I had a parent alienation case and she wasn't as aggressive as I needed. So If you have any alienated child you need someone who specializes in that arena. Overall, my 2 year experience was satisfactory though.

Pat Cafferty is absolutely the best lawyer ever. I would recommend him to anyone. I was l facing felony charges for fleeing and eluding police. I only received some fines. If you need a lawyer that’s fast and reliable I definitely recommend Pat Cafferty he’s the best.
