I highly recommend Jessica and her law firm for Will, Trust, Estate Plan and Real Estate needs. We first used Jessica to create our Estate Plan, (which consisted of Will, Trust, POA's, etc.) in 2017 and we were very pleased with her level of professionalism, organization and ability to put everything into very simple terms. I most recently went back to Jessica to update the Estate Plan. She had moved to a larger space (very nice!) and has grown the firm. So happy to see that for her. She is even more organized and professional, but also has great insight to help clients to fulfill their Estate wishes. She provided some very interesting options for some changes I was looking for in the plan and they turned out just how I wanted. I am now able to sleep better at night knowing this has all been taken care of. These types of documents can be seen as overwhelming, however, Jessica and her staff make it all very simple. I contacted Jessica Sippel, under duress attempting to complete a quick claim deed. She agreed to send a fee agreement with a summary only after collecting very private, confidential information. I received her correspondence with a denial of services, unless she saw me in person. How dare Sippel do inapposite than what she stated. DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, OFFENSIVE, INEXPERIENCED, person. Immediately after feeling like she needed to consult in person, Sippel should have said so AND "DISCLOSED THIS CONFLICT OF INTEREST!" This person appears to be inexperienced, prejudice and far from being up front and collecting personal information all along to boot. OFFENSIVE.
