Don't collect personal bank account information, location of bank account, how much is in the account, based upon false claims that you would need this information if in fact a person like me wanted to complete a quick claim deed and estate protection then write a letter saying that you want to see my face!!!! Bad lawyer, and unethical agenda. You should be reported to the State Bar. You should have stated that when you agreed to send the paperwork and before asking for personal identification and bank information.
