I was facing a revocation of my probation and was looking at a 2 year prison sentence for something I didn’t do. Justin’s amazing work with this extremely complicated situation was really above and beyond and in the end the DOC dropped the revocation allegations just days before my hearing which from what I understand has rarely if ever happened before and just can’t thank him enough.

This guy, Justin Singleton, did not communicate with me the entire time between court dates, showed up late, and recited incorrect information to the judge and made us both look like idiots when I had to correct him in front of everyone. He was unprepared and sloppy. I finally received an invoice a month after our final court date, he asked if I wanted the remainder of my retainer back which I said yes, and now it is two months after that and still haven’t received it. I emailed him multiple times and after an angry email he finally replied saying he forgot to send it and that he would the following day. Now it is a week after hearing from him and no check. I emailed again 24 hours ago and have not heard a reply. This guy is cheap and for the right reason. Stay away.

If you are in need of a great attorney I would absolutely highly recommend Justin and his team! Justin was kind enough to pick up my phone call on a Sunday evening and make time to discuss the situation and came up with a plan to move forward. He was extremely professional very easy to talk to and did this in a non-judge mental way.
