We use Attorney McAvoy routinely for real estate matters that arise. Best choice, by far! Rates are beyond reasonable and skill set supercedes an expert level. In addition to being great at what he does Atty. McAvoy has a genuine compassion for his clients that is very hard to find.

Very professional and friendly service.
It was a great experience working with attorney Brendan McAvoy to sell my house without a realtor. He knows the realtor legal business very well and has very approachable and friendly attitude. These together with his great attention to all the details made me feel safe at each step of the process. Hiring Brendan instead of a realtor saved me a lot of money too. I would do it again.

Mr. Singleton took my husband's case. He was very up front about what he thought he could do for us. Like the man above we had limited funds and my husband was all out of options all the public defenders let him down from not showing up to court to trying to convince us to take a plea. Mr. Singleton fought for my husband diligently and very effectively. We owe a very big debt of gratitude to him. I agree that he really knows his stuff. If you want a lawyer to fight for you I strongly suggest hiring him. Thank you Mr. Singleton!!
