Attorney Alison Krueger has handled both of my divorces with this last one being particularly frustrating. In all aspects, she has provided excellent and sound advice that balances the law, fairness and my best interests, in the effort to obtain the fairest settlement possible. In all respects, you will not find a more detailed and prepared divorce attorney out there; in addition, she is a great person that always makes you feel like you are her number one concern and never rushes through explanations in order to ensure you are fully informed. I wouod highly recommend her or anyone else at the firm, they are all outstanding!

I think my story might be one of a kind! We hope that day never comes to hire an Attorney. But you will at least once in your life time. most of us more than once. When you have to, you then ask yourself, who do I go to? Are they telling you or even know the Truth (Law)? Am I know put on the money Elevator for payment? I hired several Attorneys throughout my life time, not because I wanted to, because I had too! Including Lawyers in the field of Personal Injury, Workers Comp, Will, Business, Real Estate (Buying, Selling and Leasing small Businesses), just to name a few, and now Bankruptcy. My wife and I owned a small business for the last 12 years, increasing business at least 10% or more each year, until the 16 to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week got old, along with the Industry shrinking! I had been looking into owning another type of business that could bring in more money, to maybe work less hours! I now owned my next business! After selling my first business, I now had to use that money to fund 2nd business, which was losing large amounts of money each month! After running out of money, including our Life savings, I now had to find a Bankruptcy Attorney. I asked family, friends, acquaintances, other Attorneys, referrals, and using the Internet, to determine which bankruptcy Attorney to use. Attorney Bruce Lanser's name came up a lot!!! I called Lanser law office. A Paralegal answered the phone, and Bruce called back to talk a little, and I made appointment with Bruce the next day! The first appointment was for an hour to go over my situation. I hired Bruce to represent me after talking to him. He is very business like and straight to the point. He will tell you to be honest with him or he will not represent you! He has been a Bankruptcy Attorney right out of school for at least the last 36 years! I felt I was told the truth the whole time discussing my case. My case took longer than most of his cases, because of the issues with the current Landlord, and surrounding business owners in the building!!!!!!!!!!! As I was preparing for Bankruptcy, I told just about every person I knew that we needed more money to invest in my new Business venture, or we might not be able to make it. I was looking for investors or I had to sell everything in it to try to cover the loses. Not giving up, I had also reached out to other outside business owners, including vendors I worked with. A customer of a Vendor was looking to purchase some of our Equipment. When he came to look at the Equipment, he looked at the facility and through our discussions that day, he wanted to take over the business! 3 months later, I am out of the Lease and the Bank Loan is paid off! Even though I am starting over, I now DO NOT have to file for Bankruptcy! Knowing that Attorneys charge a lot per hour, you want to try to make sure you are getting your monies worth! Anytime there is a money exchange between parties, we all think we are getting the short end of the stick. I try to do my best to look for the Honesty in a person! I know that Lanser Law Office has that honesty! We hope we don't have to file Bankruptcy in the future! If I have to, I know who I am calling! Thank you Bruce, Lisa and Staff!

February 21, 2019 I hired Bruce after my initial consultation. I felt he was highly professional and I did not need to shop around. I'm sure he charges a bit more than the discount guy you see on TV. For something this important you get what you pay for. My bankruptcy was pretty typical but had a few unique problems as most bankruptcies do, I am sure. It is not one size fits all. I'm not sure a discount guy would have been so thorough. Bruce was very thorough and I always felt I was in good hands. Things went extremely smooth. I would also like to point out that Bruce made me feel like I was his only client. If I emailed him a question, I did not wait days for an answer. An answer was only an hour or two away. From the beginning of the case, Bruce was honest, made no promises, but gave me realistic expectations of what the outcomes of my filing would be.
