Alan is a professional person. He was great at handling our estate planning. He is good at explaining everything every step of the way. He is always just a phone call away to answer any and all questions or concerns a person may have. He also has a great staff that is always ready to help.

Alan specializes in estate and elder law, and he's committed to creating trusts with provisions that reflect what his clients want and need, while making sure that the trust does its job in protecting client assets within the law. His follow through is excellent in getting those assets titled correctly. He went the extra mile by directly talking to an annuity company so that the annuity was protected inside the trust. He also considered our trust provision requests carefully and did research and made suggestions for getting what we wanted how we wanted it with additional features we hadn't originally considered.
