Mr. Rubenstein wouldn't let the insurance company bully us nor him. He fought for what was just. The insurance company was ordered to pay us workman's compensation plus a portion of our fee because Mr. Rubenstein made sure they were reprimanded for their unscrupulous tactics. Even after the trial he offered help to seek out college scholarships for my children. He is kind to his clients, tough on his opponents and a man of morals.

Keith NEVER left any stone unturned when he handled our case. He was bold like a lion, aggressive like a tiger. One day, when he had to meet a dateline, he drove over 300 miles round trip so that the filling could be done. On another occasion he risked arrest to make sure that our voice could be heard. Our case needed multiple appeals and he went through them without bothering us with the details. We needed somebody to speak for us and he more than accomplished that for us. He was a good listener whose ultimate goal was to do what we wanted. His co-counsel, Sarah, despite the fact that she was a young female, apparently learned well from him because she was as aggressive, effective and efficient as he was. We totally appreciated and their well organized and well seasoned tandem operations. Our case took a couple of years and they were NEVER tired of us or showed any type of resentment, fatigue or unwillingness to fight on. They always welcome our input and worked toward our goal. During the process, we learned a lot about the law and how some of the tenets of law are interpreted. In other words, they educated us on what the outcomes might be and what our expectations should be. We became informed clients which helped our working relationship. By the time the case was over, we were like family to them because of the professional way they handled everything and the way they treated us with courtesy and dignity. Our opponents got to respect us and the experience changed the way they conducted their business. This was not the only case we had with the opponent but this set the tone and has tremendously influenced the way the other cases are unfolding. When I met Keith the first time, I told him that I wanted him to give us a voice. At the end, he gave us more than a voice. He gave us a platform, he gave us power that we never knew we had, he gave me freedom to be able to look our enemies right in the face and tell him exactly how we feel about them. The education we got from Keith and Sarah has propelled us in to a place we never knew we dare dream to be. The crowning moment came last year when my niece was deposed by one of the attorneys in another segment of the case. The attorney told her: you should seriously consider going to Law School. I believe you would make a formidable attorney. That was nothing short of the training she got from both attorneys of the Pearson Law firm. We love them, have kept in touch with them since the case ended. We unreservedly recommend them to anybody who needs a well seasoned attorney who would handle their case or cases as if that was their only case. One thing I know is the fact that they will leave there much more educated than they got in. We will not hesitate to reach out again to them if we needed other representation. It might help to know that their office was at least 180 miles from my home. That, in itself shows the obstacle that we had to overcome throughout our interactions. Believe me, that much distance never slowed down the process or affected the thoroughness of their work. As I look back now, I can't help but thank God that our paths crossed and we were privileged to have the luxury of dealing with such fine people.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Tim English and his team did unbelievable work for my workers comp case. When you’re hiring a lawyer for anything you want them to be easily approachable understanding, respectful, and the most important thing know what they’re doing. That’s what you get at least with Nicholas Krayer (I am sure other lawyers in his firm are just as good if not better) . I’ve had nothing but good experience with him dealing with auto accidents unfortunately I had to use him more than once. Each time was great experience . They’re not new in this. They’ve been working in this field for a while. If you’re in an accident or you have a workmen’s comp issue talk to them. They don’t charge anything upfront so you have nothing to lose. Talk to other lawyers and compare them to this firm, you’ll find out that this firm is much better

I didn't really feel like they truly cared about my situation a lot. If they went that extra mile and communicated better, my review would've been much higher. Also, I feel like I could've gotten a much bigger settlement had they went after ALL parties involved. I can say everyone was at least nice. Unfortunately nice doesn't pay the bills.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Tim English and his team did unbelievable work for my workers comp case. Lewis & Feldman, LLC, is incredible! Mr. Jon Lewis, took my case, and treated me like I was his only client and as though my case was personal to him. I truly felt cared for. Two other attorneys rejected my case... they said it wouldn't be worth the time and trouble. But Mr. Lewis, never gave up on me!
I was never inconvenienced to come in to the office over and over again. He handled so many of my questions and problems through email, and not once acted like I was too much for him. He answered emails and questions very quickly, even at night and on weekends! He made certain that all of my questions were answered, and that the answers were understandable and clear.
He also went to great lengths to explain the system, and what to expect next. He handled all of the communication between me and the other party, so I never had to feel intimidated or worried about them.
My case ended in a way that was very satisfactory to me and left me feeling like I mattered and that my issue was of great importance.

Danny Feldman helped me navigate and avoid some early pitfalls dealing with two insurance companies regarding Underinsured Motorist (UIM) and Bodily Injury (BI) insurance. I suffered a pretty tragic injury, and with less than a clear head, I was trying to deal with these companies. My own insurance company lied to me about how UIM works and the amount of money available.
Danny took the time and communicated with me about the process and came to a better than expected settlement between the two automotive insurance companies and my personal health insurance - who had footed the bill for my care.
