My story started with a personal injury case where I called several different lawyers who wouldn't return my calls. Gina was a lifesaver. She did an outstanding job knocking out a lawsuit for alleged quiet title and declaratory relief for me in a commercial real estate context. Within three months, the case was over. She won on a demurrer motion, without the other side being allowed to change their complaint, do any discovery, call me for any depositions, or for trial. The other side has promised to appeal and I am confident she will do a fantastic job handling the appeal if they do. I cannot say enough good things about her! If you want to win, you must hire her!

My brother and I had to pleasure to retaining Ms. Hogtanian for two matters. In my case, it was a very hard fought legal matter which required a detailed knowledge of the law. Ms. Hogtanian excelled, not only in her knowledge of the law, but her draftsmanship of complex motions and oppositions. I cannot sufficiently express my thanks to her. I was having problems handling my workman's comp case on my own so I decided to hire Tommy. He was recommended by a friend and once I hired him, I was greatly pleased. To all who are looking for a honest and down to earth Christian attorney. Well here is the MAN. He started out by being upfront telling me it would take time and not to expect things to happen over night. The system takes time and they were very back logged. Getting seriously injured at work is something that can be jarring enough on it's own, then to have to navigate NJ's extremely complicated Workman's Comp system all by yourself. Mr. Santarsiero was referred to me shortly after a work related accident and from the day of our very first meeting, I was never less than 100% satisfied with his services! I support a family of 4 (two small children) so to me, getting things done smoothly and efficiently was as important as anything else I had ever done in my life! Having heard nightmares about "how these cases take years and years to settle" it was important to me that I retained someone who would not only have mine and my families best interests in mind, but who also wouldn't allow my case to get hung up in limbo while everything else around me deteriorated. Not only did Mr. Santarsiero get things done in the exact time frame he said he would, in most cases he did it in much less time! His secretary Cathy was also extremely helpful! After my adult son was in a near-fatal fiery crash, Mike Reese was outstanding in representing him for Social Security benefits, quickly moving his case to a successful SSI hearing.
I was unaware the action of the Social Security Administration from the hearing to actually awarding benefits could take many months. However, when evaluating the attorney who put the process in motion for the client, I could have not been more pleased than I was with the Michael Reese Law Firm.
Unfortunately, after his approval, my son had a misstep which could have caused him to lose all benefits, but Mike immediately filed an appeal. He successfully explained my son’s misunderstanding and had his benefits reinstated.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases.
I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time.
He was prompt to inform me of our rights under work comp. laws and made sure our benefits where in good standing at all time.
He was engaged and sought assitance from other coucil when needed and remained the liaison when ever needed between, the employer, benefits office and any other council involved.

I was in a pretty severe car accident. The guy who hit me was completely at fault, and there were all sorts of difficult pieces to my case. I am so glad I found Cameron and his team after I was rear-ended by another vehicle during my work day.
I had just moved to a new city and was completely shaken up about the whole situation.

Mr. Rifis and his staff handled a divorce for me. They worked very closely with me in obtaining and organizing my financial records to disprove the charge by my husband’s attorney that I made more money than I did and that the debt that I was asking my husband to share was my own personal debt. He proved that my husband was responsible for much of our marital debt by using my credit card and that we had paid off my husband’s credit card charges first because he had a higher interest rate than mine. We used my card for family purchases. My ex-husband is now paying his fair share of those old family bills and the children’s current expenses. Mr. Rifis and his staff were very considerate of my situation and my emotional state. I highly recommend their compassion, experience and professionalism.

The insurance company offered me a pathetically low sum of money for my work accident. Attorney Rifis convinced me not to accept it and on the morning of the trial they finally offered me a lot more reasonable amount as we were walking into the arbitrator’s hearing room. Mr. Rifis spent a lot of time with me preparing for the hearing. We went over the facts of the accident and all of my medical care and bills. He had taken the doctor’s deposition and was ready for the hearing.
