From the very beginning Matthew Clark made me comfortable with the unfortunate situation I was in and I knew I was in good hands. I have never been through a legal situation before and didn't know what to expect but Matt explained everything to me every step of the way. He was so kind and honest and respectful during a difficult time. He put in a lot of work into my case and paid attention to every detail and often times he would email me back after hours or take phone calls late and that shows that he cared about my peace of mind. The whole team was professional and thorough as well. I would recommend this law firm to everyone because we would not have had the outcome we did if it weren't for them. I was a pizza driver for years and saw on Facebook that this firm got people money for unpaid wages. I was skeptical at first because well, it was Facebook but after all the time and money I put in to my car I thought I'd give it a chance. Drivers don't even get paid minimum wage and a lot of people don't tip because they think the driver gets the delivery fee. That goes back to the company 100%! I was thrilled when this company was able to help me get a huge portion of that money back with no hassle! This is a great firm and I would recommend them to any other person who has been a delivery Driver and been cheated out of their pay for years!!

Omar A. Lopez is a fantastic attorney. He always gives the best advice. I suffered for two years in a hostile work environment and was able to keep my job and stop my harasser when management was hoping to fire me because I complained about unfair and unethical workplace practices . This gave me a chance to find another job and keep my good employee records. I was never as upset as I was dealing with that horrible workplace and Mr. Lopez was there when I needed him for morale support. I could have taken the easy way out and quit or let them continue to harass me but I am glad I had Mr. Lopez’ help. I 100% recommend him. He truly is in it for justice and for the best interest of his clients, which is a rarity for lawyers it seems.

Bell and the rest of the lawyers here do not fight for anything. Don’t waste your time with the people here. Go elsewhere. They will ignore your emails and calls then have an excuse two years later. Worst lawyers in California. They also let the defendant control them along with the court.

In my early years I heard many disturbing stories of how people lost a major part of their inheritance to City, State and Federal tax, after their parents died without having lawful protection from the tax system, and the thought of seeking a protection crossed my mind many times. But I kept postponed it to next week, next month, or next year, and year after year until I became much older and one morning I woke up with a terrible thought of how foolish it would have been If anything happened to me and left my family without protection losing half of what really belongs to them.
I spoke to a few attorneys but no one could make clear to me this complicated tax process and the fine print, until I contacted the Vishnick-McGovern-Milizio law firm and spoke with Constantina Papageorgiou who is an elder law attorney. Talking with Constantina was all clear and simple to me. She explained everything with professionalism and care. I did not hesitate.

I have spent months trying to understand my rights. I have contacted the EEOC, the ADA, the Job Accommodation Network, the EDD, and the CRD. All of these organizations send me back to one another. None have been able to answer my questions.
Oleg was able to answer questions. He turned a 3 month project, into a 40 min conversation. I recommend contacting Le Clerc law for any questions you have about your rights.

Posting class action claims, claiming a solar company is committing fraud to sell arbitration cases that don’t require a lawyer. Contract literally states on front page they the length of contract term and being non-cancelling. They are stealing money from clients they’re not licensed to defend and know they can’t defend. I talked with several employment attorneys before hiring Michelle to assist with my severance dispute. I ended up going with her because of a very good referral from a close friend who used her for a non-compete matter he had as an EVP. Michelle was well-versed in all aspects of executive severance and got me everything I wanted. It took awhile, but that was not her fault--there were several delays on my employer's part. Despite this, Michelle kept them on track and kept me updated. Her fees were reasonable, which I really appreciated. Could not be happier.

My 1st instinct was to give 1 star, but I settled on 2. That extra star is for the fact that when Cynthia was representing my daughter in a wrongful termination, she was very good. Unfortunately, she dropped us under false pretenses and had left us hanging out to dry. Paid $500 a year ago. Our contract said the $500 would cover the initial EEOC filing, representation at all interviews and possible mediation. In return, if we ended up settling, she would get 50%. After all the papers were initially filed, our EEOC case became a waiting game. With nothing going on in our case, In April, we got an email from Cynthia stating for medical reasons, she can no longer represent us. She did nothing to let EEOC know. As far as we knew, the case could take months before it moved forward, so we just continued to wait. Jump to late November, we were contacted by EEOC to schedule our first interview for 12/5/24. I thought maybe whatever medical issues Cynthia had 7 months ago had been resolved, so I emailed her. No response after a week, so I called her office explaining the whole situation and seeing if Cynthia or anyone could represent us during the interview. Last Wednesday I was promised a call back - never got it. Yesterday (Monday) I received email from Cynthia that she was "still preparing for surgery". I called again after getting the email and was promised a call back - again no call back. Called again today and I'm now waiting on a callback (for the 3rd time). While I'm waiting, I came here to Google Reviews and I see all these reviews dating back to 6 months ago all the way up until 7 days ago. So, this confirms my suspicions that she is no longer taking a medical leave (if she ever was). If no one from her firm is going to attend the interview on Thursday, I would like the truth as to why she dropped us. Cynthia said she was so confident in our case that she was waiving the initial retainer (I think $10k) if we end up going to court. Craig Byrnes is incredible. I found Craig after I sought legal representation after my employer presented me with a difficult situation. Mr. Byrnes served me twice. I first met him when searching for an employment lawyer because I wanted a contract if I was to leave my job to go help prospective employer with their business. I was leaving a highly paid job and wanted both sides to be clear as to what we agreed to. Once the contract was signed and I resigned my other job, my employer refused to pay me what was agreed to in the contract. Mr. Byrnes provided excellent advice throughout the whole mess, was strategic in his approach, and was far more knowledgeable that some of the lawyers the employer hired (employer went through about 3 lawyers before finally settling). Mr. Byrnes got me a big settlement. I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Byrnes. His professionalism is outstanding.
