Ok so I’ve never had a lawyer stand up for me. My experience has been that with lawyers past, they just wanted to shuffle papers and rubber stamp things, charge me lots of money and let things fall where they may. Then I came across Jackson and Ojeda. Here’s my experience: Monique Ojeda is my attorney and will be for as long as I live. She’s smart, tough and prepared. She goes into court ready to fight and win. She sniffs out and does not tolerate it. She destroyed my ex in court. Her staff are equally on top of their game. I haven’t dealt with Mrs. Jackson but I’ll make a million dollar bet she’s on par with Monique. Judge not listening? Ex acting stupid? Kids turned against you? You sic Monique on them and watch how fast that nonsense comes to an abrupt halt. Best family law attorney in Wyoming. Your search is over. Best of luck.

Monique was my legal counsel for a child custody case in the state of Wyoming. As a father, I needed someone that was thorough and concise. Someone that was able to present my concerns clearly, that was well prepared and communicated well. Monique is all of the above in the aspect of family law and child custody. Becauss of her ability as an attorney, in the aspect of presentation in court, her ability to clearly convey factual evidence...I now have custody of my two daughters. I am grateful to have had her represent me and I recommend her!
