Maybe the law firm as a whole is good. But I would not trust Micheal Bennet to be my attorney especially if you're in Carbon County as he is a municipal judge there. He told me to take a plea deal on a case where the warrant was expired it was served at night when it was written for day time only the Carbon County Sheriffs had lost 2 bodycam footage before the last one. I mean a free defense attorney could have fought this case with more vigor. But he talks a great game. $15,000 for my felony case. I was a great cop perfect track record. Come from Colorado perfect record never even a speeding ticket, case was handled by an inept deputy who couldn't even testify at my termination hearing without stuttering and flailing as he was lying. We had video and audio evidence to constrict everything. But good ol boy Micheal Bennet said take the plea deal and we will go on the offensive against them. I will tell the paper and radio on your behalf all the items they did wrong. You won't have this wrongful felony against you just a minor misdemeanor. Well $15,000 got me about 45 min of work for him. We signed the plea deal and he ghosted us. Since then we have had numerous deputies come to us saying how I was railroaded and our attorney from this law firm was along for the ride.

We went in for a consultation regarding the legal happens surrounding the death of my father. Marty was amazing, was happy to answer all of our questions, and in the end did not charge us anything for her time (which was over an hour) because we ended up not needing a lawyer. I could tell, though, that she would fight for us if we did need some sort of legal representation. I will absolutely use Corthell and King in the future should I ever need representation. Very disappointed my brother is serving 7 for a compiracy charge Well Mr Michael H Bennett told him to take a plea deal because him an the Prosecutor was Good friends so my big brother took the Deal for way less time an on the day of court my brother got slammed with 7 years an have the audacity to tell my family he'll be okay an it's just a little time . We Mr Bennett you took all that money from my family an didn't do absolutely nothing an make it better we found out you was a nasty Judge in Wyoming .
