I called with some very simple questions regarding how probate works in Wyoming. I was told I would receive a call back with in 24 hours at the latest. Instead I received a response by email 2 days later that said "I regret to inform you that our firm is unable to represent you in your legal matter at this time. To be clear, we will not be working on your case in any way." This is a gross lack of customer service and compassion for someone who is experiencing a death in the family.
