Regarding child custody cases, Brooke is very good at what she does. In my experience she is very professional, knowledgeable and organized. Her approach seems to use knowledge and tact in court versus bulldog tactics. She may be soft spoken, but I believe that is more effective with judges.

After a very bad experience with another attorney in this town I was really leery to try another one! I needed to file bankruptcy after my divorce left me with nothing and I wasn't sure I could trust another lawyer after what I had been through, thankfully Brooke Barney treated me with the utmost respect and helped me through my situation. I have had the priveledge of knowing Brooke Barney for several years. She is one of the most intellegent young woman that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Even though I knew her first on a personal level, during our dealing with her, she kept everything on a professional level, and maintained her professionalism at all times.
