We hired Loni for a very complicated and stressful case. Her experience was extremely valuable in so many ways. In particular, it was a VERY emotional case for us and Loni helped us keep the proper focus when our emotions took us off course. She is extremely patient when listening to her clients. In our case, Loni appeared to be very respected by the Judge. She is skilled at negotiating, as well as litigation. Our daughter decided we were trying to steal her child and hired an attorney and fought the Guardianship. We had raised our grandson and he had lived with us since 5 weeks old, and is now 2 1/2. Our daughters alcohol addiction and the fathers criminal past and inability to support our grandson necessitated our request for Guardianship. We now have General Guardianship of our grandson, and are FOREVER grateful to Loni and her staff.

I hired Loni to file for emergency guardianship of our nephew. It was a complicated case and our family was a wreck. Loni was amazing - she is one of the most empathetic people I have ever met. Going through a custody battle can be confusing, exhausting and stressful. Especially, when you find out two months to trial the other side retained an attorney.
I decided it would be best to seek some form of counsel. I was referred to Mr. Tsakataras through another attorney. I immediately called because I had been praying for guidance, and this attorney gave him a stellar recommendation. I did my own research while awaiting the consultation meeting. His reputation was incredible! He has EXTENSIVE experience in custody matters. He has state / federal contracts in the family court system. This man has earned the respect; and you only do that by working hard! So, everything in me said “THIS, is exactly WHO you need to talk to!”
Fast forward to the Monday we were meeting, we ended up rescheduling because an emergency hearing was the following day he had to prepare for. I was timely notified by Steven (his paralegal) and informed of what was going on. How could I even be upset? That’s the type of person you WANT on your team. Somebody who is DEDICATED to your case and will FIGHT to see the best outcome.
Finally, it’s the day of the consult, he called me in a timely fashion; and he let me know how the process works; 50 minutes, i had already sent all my documentation to him- so even though it was via phone; it was as if I was in the office.
He told me the retainer fees, and asked me if I wanted to be prepared, OR, if I would be able to pay the fee. I opted for preparation as trial is set for next month and the fees as a result was going to be very high.
During this consultation, he outlined in details which factors are the factors I should be focused on, how to highlight them, how to present them to court. He gave me valuable information that you really can’t put a price tag on. Once the 50 minutes was up, he did not rush to get off the phone. He made sure I was able to take very detailed notes, giving me dates, telling me how to get things admitted into court and before the judge.
I feel very confident in my case, however, he has made my confidence level boost while fright of the attorney has diminished.
I 110% recommend this attorney and I am so glad I had the opportunity to speak with him. It’s evident that he cares a lot more about the people he HELPS than he does about the money; I can only pray he continues to have great success in all paths of his life and continues to be blessed.

He was able to get my ex to break. Dealing with a narcissist is extremely difficult. He was able to navigate around my ex’s manipulative behavior and focus on what was on the line. My children’s best interest were in mind the whole way. At the end of the ordeal, I got my son back.

My only regret is that I did not meet Chris and his team sooner. After my divorce was finalized, I began working with Chris to modify the judgement (unfortunately he was not my original divorce lawyer). He was very forthright and knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the proceedings. He also took an aggressive stance when my ex tried to sue for her attorney’s fees. He won the case despite the fact that the judge clearly favored my ex. He won it by diligently researching case law and aggressively presenting our case, all the while being professional. I frankly can’t recommend him enough. I sincerely hope I’m never in need of an attorney again but if I am, Chris will be my first call. Again, I can not recommend him and his team enough!

Changing attorneys and hiring Chris was the BEST decision I made! My ex-husband spent 5 times what I did on his attorney. But Chris and I won every point in our case.
He is an expert at the research necessary to make the necessary points to win. He read the judge during our trial, changed course, and was spot on with his interpretation of what was needed.

We originally hired Teresa to help us in a matter going up against a state entity. She was prepared, professional and a true advocate. We contacted Lori Jenkins for my husband to adopt my four children, all teenagers. She was very knowledgeable about any and all questions we had. She handled our case with care and efficiency. My husband and I hired Lori initially to help us terminate my Ex’s legal rights to my son and allow my husband to adopt my son. It ended up being a long, brutal, custody battle with my ex who had resurfaced after being absent for years from my son’s life. Lori fought hard for us, prepared us every step of the way, took time to listen to us but also told us ways we could cut costs by handling certain things ourselves. She told us our options along the way and explained why she recommended one option over the other. She helped us see things realistically and at times helped to reel in emotions and keep things focused on our son vs my ex. With her help we were able to come to a sustainable agreement that kept our son safe. My ex was granted supervised visits that would graduate to unsupervised, then overnights, then short summer visits then eventually 3week summer visits. Lori told us this was the best solution to give him time to prove himself or enough rope to hang himself. It’s been over 5yrs since that arrangement was made and he has still never had an unsupervised visit and only maintained contact for about a year. Lori still touches base with us to see how we are doing. Our son turns 18 next year and Lori will be handling the adult adoption case for us so my husband can finally legally be named his dad. We can’t thank Lori enough for all of her hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for an attorney you can trust with your children’s lives, look no further.

Almost 3 years ago a friend recommended her lawyer C.J. Lyford to review our paperwork for the N-600K. She reviewed our paperwork, and found several places where we needed more documentation. She also made a table of contents for us, as we had so many papers. We submitted the paperwork February 2019, and just had our interview 3 years later July 2021 (it was scheduled last June, but we had to postpone because we couldn't go back to the U.S. because of COVID).
The interview was only 30 minutes, and we got our certificate of citizenship right away! The immigration officer said that our paperwork was the best she had ever seen on a N-600. The lawyer was well worth it, and we strongly recommend her!
