I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. It was terrifying. At the end of my case, I can honestly say Ms. Evans was the best lawyer I could have ever asked for. She fought hard for my daughter. I genuinely felt like she was fighting for her well being, just as she would want for her own. She kept her safe. Ms. Evans knows her stuff and is on top of it. She is prepared and can rebuttal facts! She is not only good at what she does, but she cares for her clients. She is very affordable and will work with her clients. Bianka is just as amazing. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered. She consistently gave good advice, responded to inquiries quickly, and pursued whatever was needed for us to finalize the guardianship, and then the adoption, of our child. She took care of many things "behind the scenes" that we had not even thought of needing to be done. Her rates were fair and, honestly, her services are worth more than what she charges. I retained Ms. Nicholson's services last month after receiving a traffic ticket in Durham. It was the first citation I had received, and so was uncertain as to how to proceed. Ms. Nicholson, her partner, and the rest of her staff were all very professional and answered all of the questions I had. They put me at ease, and I worried much less about the situation after our conversations.
Ms. Nicholson was able to get the traffic case dismissed in this specific instance, and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. However, even if the result had been different, I would still recommend her firm due to her professionalism and transparency throughout the process.

I recieved a letter from the DMV in relation to an incident with my monitech device. I got the letter for DMV court on Monday and called Meredith the same day and she made time to have a meeting with me that same day as well as go to the hearing with me that Friday. She was amazing I was so frazzled About goin to a DMV hearing. Meredith sat down with me we talked about the events that lead to the incident and she really made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to prove my case and keep my license. I would recommended her to anyone in a similar situation or dealing with the DMV at all!

When I was caught driving on a suspended license Micheal save me from having to go to court and made a deal to removed the suspension on the condition that I wouldn't receive another suspension. A year later I ended up with a second DWLS in a different county. I contacted him again and Micheal went out of his way to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the first case to remove the violation without additional fee. He was fair on his cost of service and answered questions for me whenever I had them. If you’re in the Moses Lake/ Grant County area hiring Micheal Earl is a no-brainer.

Throughout a long, drawn out case, Courtney has been great. She dealt with the insurance carrier and one of the largest international corporations ably and deftly including last minute demands from the company for which she extracted additional compensation. Excellent advice at every turn. When we finally settled, she obtained for me a larger settlement than I had expected. Easy to work with and talk to, but a real pit bull for you when needed. She will not gouge on the fees either. I would recommend her to anyone and will be hiring her again soon for another matter I am dealing with.

Going through a divorce has been the most stressful thing in my entire life, and it is not something I could have done on my own. Before contacting Shane, I had interviewed several lawyers over the course of a few weeks. By far, I felt the most comfortable with Shane and Kayla. The initial contact was not just a legal one, but also one saying how sorry for our loss in a genuine way. I recently went through my first divorce. I was very upset and lost. I could not find a lawyer available or one that would even answer the phone. During our initial phone call, Aimee and I discussed the particulars of my marriage and as uncomfortable as it was for me to approach the conversation, Aimee's calm and comforting demeanor quickly settled my unsure nerves. Upon our first face to face meeting (during the Covid -19 pandemic), Aimee politely answered each of my many questions, took ample time discussing the divorce process and welcomed my feedback. I have retained T for over 15 years or so. I'd like to think I can judge an attorney's quality. Through the years, I have worked and been friends with numerous attorneys who are considered excellent by their own peers....including Harvard Law, major Wall St firms and Europe in many facets of the practice. Further, my father was in the judiciary and I think I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be exceptional. If someone asks me who my attorney is (although I use several for various specialties,) I say Theresa. T has gone above and beyond so many times for friends and myself. If I chose one special quality in addition to her utter competency and professionalism it is TRUST. I have known T's family since I was a child and law is in their blood. Just good people. We have all heard the nefarious remarks about attorney's and their kinship to sharks. T couldn't be farther from this stigma. I sat with Theresa this week to discuss some business matters and it was more like having coffee with a friend. No rush. I have walked courthouses with Theresa, and, it is obvious she is well known and well respected by the many walking the halls. And, the bonus is Autumn and Jen are the best! I noted the comments by the person (since disproven) which said she did not return calls, etc. Hello? Have you ever worked with an atty before? An atty does not call back unless they have something to tell you. Think about it.....legal wheels turn slow...it saves you billing for wasted phone time . A unique thing with T's staff is they are "up-to-speed" at all times....I can't tell you how many times I have called with a question and they dealt with it in a 30-second call. You won't get that with most attorneys. The office is run like a family....just what you want when dealing with nerve-wracking issues. Professional, classy, thorough....pals. Recommended unequivocally.
