AshLeigh Meyer Dunham was the best attorney I could’ve possibly had for the situation I was going through, one that I had never experienced and had no idea what to expect or what to do. It was all God that AshLeigh ended up being court appointed to me. She was in contact with me and kept me updated, answered any questions I had honestly and in a way I would understand and absolutely fought for me and my child in every way that she could! Everything about this law firm screams the best of the best from their detailed advertisement box, quick response time in consultations and communication, professionalism, and particular understanding to each individual clients’ emotional and monetary needs. The BEST legal counsel money could buy and they are AFFORDABLE and accommodating! Mr. Pelletier walked me through a horrible time in my life and helped me move past it in the best way possible for myself and all parties involved.
I found myself facing two felony charges after a questionable traffic stop I was a passenger of my own vehicle in, it was devastating. Marc made sure I understood absolutely every option I had through my case, walked me through reviewing evidence and excellently navigated me through ALL of my defense options. His knowledge of all sides of Florida law is outstanding and he answered every question I threw at him. I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. It was terrifying. At the end of my case, I can honestly say Ms. Evans was the best lawyer I could have ever asked for. She fought hard for my daughter. I genuinely felt like she was fighting for her well being, just as she would want for her own. She kept her safe. Ms. Evans knows her stuff and is on top of it. She is prepared and can rebuttal facts! She is not only good at what she does, but she cares for her clients. She is very affordable and will work with her clients. Bianka is just as amazing. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered. She consistently gave good advice, responded to inquiries quickly, and pursued whatever was needed for us to finalize the guardianship, and then the adoption, of our child. She represented me in a CPS case in which I felt was unnecessary as I'm already doing very similar services for probation and a family member had made repeated reports. Everytime an investigation was closed they would call again and cps wld come back to do another investigation. She got my case dismissed on the first hearing. Tired of her unethical actions towards, a loved ones case in Cobb county, as a public defender. I have been dealing with this lawyer for over a year and she has visited my family member 1 time and knows nothing about his cases. I call for updates she has hung up on me or more than 2 occasions. Everyone deserves her to handle their cases for the best possible outcome per the state bar. This lawyer is also on social media making videos,when she could be studying my family members case. This has been a road with this lawyer as I would give her less than 1 star if I could because of the way she has treated my family member in their court case in Cobb county. Instead of admitting she knows nothing about his cases (felony) & her YSL case is her priority she denies and lies as if she has visited when it is documented that she has not but once. Every case she takes or is assigned to, deserve a fair chance of representation & the oath states that she is supposed to “adhere to all articles of conduct while working tirelessly for the best possible outcome.” When I call to ask about updates she is rude. A life should be her concern paid or not! I will be complaining to state bar as this matter has been ongoing with her for over 1 year with her unprofessional manner.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

Some of the Attorneys in this law firm are con artists. Trying hard to make my friends give up their property to their client’s that has no legal right. I have never ever seen unprofessional attorneys in my life. I don’t know how many clients they have conned. They shouldn’t be allowed to practice in the US, they are rogue attorneys.
I have been privileged enough to read the communications between them and my friends and I couldn’t believe my eyes. How do people like this get away with such blatant disregard of the law.

I found all of these characteristics and more in choosing and hiring Aimee Ashby Flanagan to handle my dissolution of marriage.
During our initial phone call, Aimee and I discussed the particulars of my marriage and as uncomfortable as it was for me to approach the conversation, Aimee's calm and comforting demeanor quickly settled my unsure nerves. Upon our first face to face meeting (during the Covid -19 pandemic), Aimee politely answered each of my many questions, took ample time discussing the divorce process and welcomed my feedback. Never was I rushed into signing an agreement or pressured to hurry the process. Her communication, whether by email, telephone or in person was always articulate and excellent and her response time throughout the duration of my case was immediate an on-point. I had consolted with another attorney who seemed great during the initial consolt. However, when I was wanting to hire her she would not return my calls or emails for 3 months. This led me Google to search for another attorney. I found Sarah Reist and now I am glad that other attorney never replied to me because I found Sarah. When I met Sarah, she was with another firm. She was very kind, pleasant, informative and professional. She spent a good amount of time with me. She answered all of my questions. I immediately hired her to write a letter to my ex spouse which she did quickly and efficiently. She since then has opened her own law firm with a colleague but I was very happy because she took the time to write me and give me her new contact information. She also called me to check on me and make sure that I received her letter with new contact information. When my ex husband called her about the letter she wrote him, she called me right away the same day to inform me and thanks to her letter, my ex spouse finally reimbursed me for medical expenses after 11 years of not paying at all. Sarah always answers my emails and never forgets about me. I am now in the process of hiring Sarah Reist again to proceed in child support enforcement / filing a petition for contempt. I cannot recommend Sarah enough if you are a father wanting your legal rights protected and your children are in the Nashville area. I live in Michigan, my children were in Tennessee in the Nashville area, and I now have full, permanant custody of them in Michigan. It was a lot of work, and very stressful at times, however, if you are wanting an attorney who will work extremely hard for you, if you are wanting an attorney who is not only smart, but capable and devastatingly aggressive in the courtroom in pursuit of your rights and interests, you cannot do better then Sarah.
I am 100% convinced that having Sarah as my legal console made the differance in the outcome of my custody battle. Thanks to her efforts, her hours of hard work, and her zealous prosecution of my rights, I now have full custody of my children. Writing this review because of the unacceptable and costly administrative errors made during the handling of my case. Egregious errors include the attorney failing to prepare any argument points for negotiation, blaming his performance on his failing memory, double billing for hours already paid for, and ultimately *losing my settlement check* within his own office. He billed me for time he spent looking for the check he had misplaced, and withdrew funds from my settlement check without permission or providing a bill for services. I know these administrative errors are atypical for law firms. Unfortunately, I made a poor choice in choosing this firm to represent me.

I initially tried to work through my divorce case alone, but it was too much to deal with. Working with Chrissie took off almost all of the strain. Every divorce is as unique as the individuals involved. I originally hired a large national family law firm to represent me. Their business model was not able to address my personal concerns regarding the divorce. I hired SuAnne in the middle of my contested divorce. She understood my concerns, my values and was able apply that information into “attorney speak”. She affectively communicated with the opposing party’s attorney, negotiated when reasonable and most importantly knew when to stop negotiating. SuAnne rigorously protected my rights as a father and now I can get on with the business of actually parenting my children. BTW: I was VERY pleased with my negotiated financial settlement!
