I can not speak highly enough about Jennifer Fink and her law office. If you have come to the point that you must seek representation you are overwhelmed, emotional, and anxious. This is especially true when it comes to divorce and family matters. From the moment I called the office to the end of my case, I knew that I could not have been in more competent hands. I was able to take a deep breath for the fist time after my initial consultation with Jennifer. She has such a heart for what she does and you know she is absolutely invested in your outcome. We found Larry after years of a bitter custody battle. He was the first attorney that actually helped us. Don't let his pleasant demeanor fool you--he's an ACE in the courtroom. And unlike a lot of attorneys, he's professional and actually cares about the children. Our only wish is that we found him sooner. God Bless this man. We'd give him 10 Stars if we could. My former wife and I worked with Joy after we decided to take the Mediation path for our separation. Our situation was simple in some areas, but remarkably complex in others. Joy helped us navigate the difficult parts with grace and wisdom, and actually helped us get through the easy parts with a measure of happiness that I'm sure is uncommon in these situations. I know mediation isn't for everyone, but I think if more people took this route before going to lawyers, and specifically to Joy, they would save a mountain of heartache.

My ex-wife and I chose collaborative lawyering, but the "collaboration" turned out to be extremely challenging. Joy brought first rate lawyering skills as well as emotional intelligence and wise judgment. She also demonstrated a ton of patience and an ability to address the human-side of conflicts in equal measure with the legal and material aspects, a rare quality in a lawyer (or any other human being). I don't know how I would have gotten through it without her.

I had consolted with another attorney who seemed great during the initial consolt. However, when I was wanting to hire her she would not return my calls or emails for 3 months. This led me Google to search for another attorney. I found Sarah Reist and now I am glad that other attorney never replied to me because I found Sarah. When I met Sarah, she was with another firm. She was very kind, pleasant, informative and professional. She spent a good amount of time with me. She answered all of my questions. I immediately hired her to write a letter to my ex spouse which she did quickly and efficiently. She since then has opened her own law firm with a colleague but I was very happy because she took the time to write me and give me her new contact information. She also called me to check on me and make sure that I received her letter with new contact information. When my ex husband called her about the letter she wrote him, she called me right away the same day to inform me and thanks to her letter, my ex spouse finally reimbursed me for medical expenses after 11 years of not paying at all. Sarah always answers my emails and never forgets about me. I am now in the process of hiring Sarah Reist again to proceed in child support enforcement / filing a petition for contempt. I have absolute faith in her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a family law attorney. I also want to say Thank you to Sarah for being so nice and kind to me.

I cannot recommend Sarah enough if you are a father wanting your legal rights protected and your children are in the Nashville area. I live in Michigan, my children were in Tennessee in the Nashville area, and I now have full, permanant custody of them in Michigan. It was a lot of work, and very stressful at times, however, if you are wanting an attorney who will work extremely hard for you, if you are wanting an attorney who is not only smart, but capable and devastatingly aggressive in the courtroom in pursuit of your rights and interests, you cannot do better then Sarah. I am 100% convinced that having Sarah as my legal console made the differance in the outcome of my custody battle. Thanks to her efforts, her hours of hard work, and her zealous prosecution of my rights, I now have full custody of my children. I could not be more grateful for the services she's rendered, and could not recommend her any higher. If you are a father wanting to be able to play an active role in your children's lives, and you have to deal with the family court system, call her. You will be glad you did. I and my children sure are.

After having one attorney tell me I really didn't have a case, and another dropping the ball, Sarah picked everything up and got my child custody case moving. She read everything thoroughly, came to mediation with a new parenting plan, and laid everything out with explanations for me and the opposing attorney. I would highly recommend her!

Contacted this firm for advice in handling a divorce they suggested I speak with my husband first. They weren’t eager to sign me up and get my money they wanted me to think about and discuss with my spouse. Perez Law Group is a fantastic law firm. Meredith was very professional, yet always friendly and welcoming. The bankruptcy filing process can be a very confusing and uncomfortable time, but Meredith was always helpful and available for our questions and concerns. New foster parents listen up, you can't do it on your own. DCFS pretends you can but you can't, trust me. Takin knows his stuff. I initially tried to work through my divorce case alone, but it was too much to deal with. Working with Chrissie took off almost all of the strain. All I ever had to worry about was filling out the necessary forms and she took care of all the rest, and I didn’t even have to appear in court. Her fees were very competitive in comparison to other local attorneys. I have already referred a family member to her practice as well.

This review is in regards to Lisa's expertise in Family Law... Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rather complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). She managed to do all this within the retainer fee that I paid and my case was DONE. Yes DONE. She tied up all the loose ends of my case even though I wasn't in the state! I couldn't be more happy with the hard work she provided on my case. Beth, her paralegal, is equally as awesome. Ladies, my hats off to you. I chose Lisa just off of the reveiws from Avvo, and they have all proven to be true. She is super smart and really knows the law. Dealing with a custody case isn't the easiet thing to go through, but LIsa is so patient and she goes through every scenario that could happen. She very kind, but aggressive when she needs to be. I would email her with a question or concern and she responds promptly. I'm glad I chose Lisa to represent me, and she got me exactly what I asked for.

Lisa Smith is an expert at what she does. She knows the law; she is professional, highly intelligent, and down to earth. She helped me though what seemed like the worst part of my life by just keeping me informed, maintaining a happy and professional demeanor, keeping things in perspective for me in regards to the case. My wife and I hired Ms. Schmaltz to assist us with an animal law case. We are dog breeders located in Washington State and one of our puppies was stolen from us and sold to a person in Arizona. In my first interview with Oona Kingston she provided a clear and accurate assessment of the potential options for divorce settlement and the likely outcome of the settlement. In an arena in which many lawyers seem to thrive on creating confusion and anxiety, Oona was a calm voice of reason and worked diligently to get a fair settlement as efficiently as possible. Oona was more than a match for the big-city, high-priced lawyers on the other side and my legal costs were a fraction of those of my ex-spouse. I highly recommend her services.

During the duration of my divorce I struggled with the sadness of it as well as feelings of being so alone. While my ex had already moved on...I was still trying to process it all...how do I go from here...how do I make ends meet....my only identity was wrapped around my husband...how do I start over? I felt so completely alone with two kids and a house to worry about. Needless to say I felt overwhelmed by the divorce process and the decisions that needed to be made. Oona has the ability to take the entire picture and break it out into what is important and not important. She can simplify the decisions based on what needed to be addressed at that time and what could wait or what didn't need to be addressed at all. Although she is sympathatic to your situation, she has the ability to keep emotions out of the decision making process. I felt this allowed me the confidence to make good, fair, clear decisions based on her advise even while I was an absolute mess. She was honest with me about what was worth fighting for and what was a waist of time. She understands the process and is confident in her abilities and this shows. I had such low self esteem at this point and really felt as though I would never recover and yet, Oona had a away of making me have just enough confidence to at least stand up for myself and my kids. Although my divorce was at the time heartbreaking to me, somehow with Oona's help I stood up for myself. I feel to this day that this was the best thing I have ever done!

Every lawyer I called before calling greg felt like they didn't care and weren't easy to talk to. It was easy to lose hope in dealing with a difficult time and not having any idea what to do with my situation. Greg called me back moments after leaving him a voice mail. He was kind, caring, he listened, and answered all of my questions. Greg knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to my case. He offered an immense amount of advice to me. He was not driven by money like other attorneys I had spoke to before hand, he was driven with care. After talking with Greg, I'd recommend him 100 percent without hesitation. Kendra helped me with a complicated custody action between states. She was prompt and professonal the whole time. She walked me through the process. Every divorce is as unique as the individuals involved. I originally hired a large national family law firm to represent me. Their business model was not able to address my personal concerns regarding the divorce. I hired SuAnne in the middle of my contested divorce. She understood my concerns, my values and was able apply that information into “attorney speak”. She affectively communicated with the opposing party’s attorney, negotiated when reasonable and most importantly knew when to stop negotiating. SuAnne rigorously protected my rights as a father and now I can get on with the business of actually parenting my children. BTW: I was VERY pleased with my negotiated financial settlement! I could go on forever, do yourself a favor, stop looking and hire Ms. Bryant.

Suanne has been a wonderfully lawyer she as well as her paralegal are great with communication. Whether I had a question or just needed advice on an issue they promptly returned my phone calls or emails and were always very helpful in making sure I understood what was going on and what different paperwork etc. meant. After experiencing some complications with finalizing our adoption in California, we were referred to David Andersen to help transfer our case to the State of Washington due to the year-long finalization process in CA. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on how to transfer the case and worked with our attorney and the birth-parents in CA in a very professional and caring manner.
