When you hear him say compassionately. He really lives his work ethic up to that standard. He goes over and beyond any lawyer iv ever attempted to talk to. And he is not afraid of a fight. Iv personally got to watch him really dish it out and win and be correct on multiple occasions! And he treats you like a person not a check and takes his time to EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL!

Mcgraw law has been a heaven sent. Our situation (custody) has been extraordinary with many curve balls. Hes handled all of them with confidence even at times where i was extremely doubtful of my luck. He got me way more than what i expected and was incredible in the court room. I was having problems handling my workman's comp case on my own so I decided to hire Tommy. He was recommended by a friend and once I hired him, I was greatly pleased. Anytime I called his office, he either took my call immediately or he called me back before the end of the day. He was always professional, polite, and knowledgeable about my case. He ended my stress of trying to handle my case alone. He settled my case for the price I agreed on and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with workman's comp.

To all who are looking for a honest and down to earth Christian attorney. Well here is the MAN. He started out by being upfront telling me it would take time and not to expect things to happen over night. The system takes time and they were very back logged. I appreciated this because some I had consulted said they would get me RESULTS IMMEDIATELY!! I asked one thing KEEP ME INFORMED.. He did so. He never failed to return a call answer an email. Granted it was not always the answer I wanted but I got an answer. Since I have used Mr.Goddard I have referred several others and their results were the same. Very pleased!!! It was unfortunate that I need Mrs. Overmann services but she did a amazing job handling my divorce.
She is organized, level headed and cuts thru the BS. At the beginning I was unsure because of all the emotion of just going thru the divorce but looking back I made the right decision by hiring her.
And I have interviewed 8 or 9 senior level attorneys with 20 years experience.. They would not be any different from the service and knowledge you would get from Mrs. Overmann. I would give her 6x Stars if I could.

I hired Mr. Leavitt very last minute to step in and help protect my children. He calmly took all the information and went to work immediately. I usually do not rate or review services online but I thought the stellar service I received from the Worrell Law firm deserves my time and recognition. Mr. Worrell made our dream of becoming parents painlessly true.
The fostering and adoption process is rewarding but can be very painful as it has so many ups and downs let alone the legal landscape that continuously changes and last minute obstacles.
I will not go through the whole painful story here but the very TLDR is that we were about to lose the kiddos that were placed with us for over 2 years since birth to a relative that never was present in their lives until a few weeks before trial and parental rights termination.We were devastated and wanted to fight for the kids to stay in the only family they had known. We thought all hope was lost until we were referred to the Worell law firm to assist.
I called Mr. Worell on the phone for an initial consultation and he did admit that it was not enough time to prepare since the trial was so close but he would work around the clock to fight for us. Before we even signed the retainer’s agreement Mr. Worell had already reached out to the social worker and the DA to inquire about the case. What kind of lawyer would care as much for the person than the check? I really was wow’ed by that. He gathered all the evidence he could find in a short time and was ready for trial. He made a great case for us before the judge and… that cross examination during trial..Oh boy, he really knew what he was doing. After that victory, Mr. Worell worked closely with us for the adoption and even went an extra mile to prepare the birth certificate application and made sure everything was well organized to be sent to the Vital Statistics. I am very grateful to you and your team Mr. Worell and would 100% recommend to anybody who need an excellent and caring lawyer.

I had to take the time to write a review to share our experience with the Worrell Law Firm. This was truly an amazing experience for my family. We did a Termination/Step parent adoption. Throughout the entire process, Blanca and Sylvia were on it. They kept us informed of the process for court and all the necessary steps we needed to take. Not only did they help in the adoption process, they also helped us with the termination of the absent father. (Which I didn't think was possible) I couldn't thank God enough for bringing these amazing attorneys in our lives. They truly care about our children and take pride in their work. When we arrived to the court, Mr. Worrell arrived sharp and ready for court. I knew he could tell we were all nervous. He took the time to speak to each one of my children. Speaking to all 3, he asked them, "do you know why you are here?" They said "to be adopted" He made them and us feel at ease before we went into court. this lawyer right here will go to bat for you and do his best to prove your innonce and make things right and he will cget some charges or services dropped to..he will make sure you look yr best in the courtroom,,he is a reassuring lawyer who is kind caring and goes all out espically when their are kids invovled..we hired him i the middle of may 2012 and on july 5th at 1230 noon i had both of my children back safe and in our arms.. he took the stemmons office of cps caseworker we had to court and sunpouned her boss and that offices supervisor and we came out of that courtroom succesful with in two and a half hours.. he also got all the horrrible charges against my husband dropped for lack of evidence and no police reports..the caseworker we had was not on our case anymore and we got a more nicer understanding caseworker that would comminicate with us and not yell at us and make us feel like crap..

Hands down the best lawyer ever. I was recommended to her when my son’s distant dad opened the can of worms for 50/50 custody and when I was told she is a shark they weren’t kidding. With the excellent results of Stage 1 (K1 + K2 visas to enter the US), we retained Ms. Perez for Stage 2 (Application for permanent status - i.e. green card. I'm so glad we did. The results were the same - completion with quality and minimal stress.
Ms. Perez speedily prepared and filed our documents for submission to apply for permanent status. She was clear with her guidelines and patient with my reviews and changes. She even handled a mistake I made that caused a small delay.
The result is that we are done!!! :) My wife and her two children arrived in the US early this year. They received their employment authorization documents, are now working, have their driver's permit and the kids are already enrolled in college courses.
Just a week ago, they were excited to open their envelopes marking the end of this stage to hold their green cards in their hands. Wow! The Lord was gracious to gift us with a fast process for this stage after the need for patience in trust in the first stage.

Take you time and money elsewhere. I can’t fathom how this business has any good reviews. I hired this firm to take care of a criminal misdemeanor charge for me. They answered my call and took my money so fast but the second I needed guidance or assistance regarding my case they were no where to be found. I woke up to a text from my attorney at 4:30 in the morning the day I was supposed to appear in court with a warning that I would have a bench warrant out for my arrest if I did not show. During my case I went through two attorneys because the first one quit the firm due to being overworked and not aligning with the morals of the firm. He made me aware of the fact that I was charged $500 for paralegal fees when the firm doesn’t employ any paralegals. This was confirmed to be true by my second attorney. Both attorneys were verbal about their dislike for John Musca because of his scammy business practices. When I called over the phone to speak with the man who took my money and my case I couldn’t get through. Once again STAY AWAY! There are plenty of lawyers willing to take your money, do yourself a favor and give it to anyone except John Musca.

What was the problem that you had before you called our law firm?

I bought a factory-certified 2017 Kia Sorento in fall 2018 from a local dealer.
In June 2023 at 55,000 miles, I first noticed a burnt oil smell when driving my car. The Kia developed an oil consumption problem and started burning 1-quart of oil internally each week, without any external visible trace.
I took my car to the Carlsbad Kia dealer, who performed all the service on it, and explained this latest problem. I brought it there several times through the end of 2023, hoping for resolution.
While still under factory warrant, the dealer said there was little they could do for me. They advised me to drive the car until the engine died and gave me the phone number to report my problem to Kia America HQ.
Likewise, Kia America pushed back and said I need to resolve it through the dealer. Feeling frustrated, I filed a complaint with the federal highway agency, NHTSA.
In January 2024, a family member had problems with a new hybrid Jeep Wrangler he bought and enlisted help from San Diego Lemon Law attorney Doug Sohn. That family member encouraged me to contact Doug’s office to see if they could also help my case.
In late January, I followed-up and filed an inquiry on the law firm’s website. One week later, they contacted me to set up an initial background call with attorney Doug Sohn.
I explained the whole problem to Doug who said he’d research this problem with other Kia owners and report back to me if he felt we had a valid case.
In February, Doug contacted me after his research, he felt I had a valid claim and agreed to take my case. We held a brief follow-up call to review how their firm proceeds on these cases, how valuation of my vehicle and their compensation works, and sent me forms to sign.
His staff asked me to submit several documents about my purchase of the car, title, service receipts, etc. Two weeks later, Doug provided me with initial draft of his letter to Kia America, outlining my case as supported by his research of this oil problem with Kia and Hyundai vehicles. His letter requested that they buy back my car, based on my damaged engine and unreliability of the frequent need for oil.
In April, my relative settled his claim with Jeep through Doug’s help and received full reimbursement for his problematic new vehicle.
In May, we received Kia’s acceptance of Doug’s proposal to buy back my Kia Sorento. I was overjoyed, with a great sense of relief on that news. The law firm warned me that Kia is not the fastest to resolve these cases and said it would take about 120 days to be completed.
As I drove the car for another four months, I kept replenishing oil into the engine every 1 to 2 weeks based on my driving. The car was becoming more unreliable, and it actually blew a cylinder during my last month of ownership.
By October, Kia finally arranged a date for me turn-in my car at the local Kia dealer, working with a 3rd party firm who handles these arrangements for Kia America. In early November, the law firm received payment from Kia, and Doug sent my check for agreed settlement amount.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the law firm’s detailed follow-through and steady communication. The staff kept me informed regularly on the progress of my claim.
If you have a ‘lemon’ problem with your vehicle, I highly recommend contacting San Diego Lemon Law Attorney. Doug Sohn has decades of experience dealing with auto makers on their defective vehicles, and he’ll fight on your behalf to make it right for you! You’ll lay out No Funds for their service, as they are reimbursed by the auto manufacturers.

If you never had the "pleasure" of suddenly being served Divorce papers and you find yourself surprised, a bit lost, maybe locked out of your house, confused, in understandable shock, suddenly without money and blind-sided, I strongly recommend you go to M Kalil as soon as possible. He is very experienced and often has helped first-timers. Kalil is pragmatic and logical formost, saves you from MUCH extraneous nonsense by getting to the point and helping one navigate an impossible situation efficiently and to your benefit. The initial consultation is without charge but, better still, his experience and long-standing relationships with other lawyers and judges and local Courts makes your retainer fee go farther by avoiding legal dead ends and wasteful spending. Every dollar invested in his office saves you two more by avoiding unnecessary, wasteful motions and he is mission-focused on your best ultimate outcome. He will not hold your hand or wipe your tears (trust me, you don't want that kind of lawyer), but he will adopt your case in more of a feduciary sense with your solvency and goals as his goals. If you wish simply to resolve your legal Divorce issues and end up in the best position, use him. He's really good at it. His staff is experienced and has been working for him many years (ESPECIALLY Anne), his staff is top notch. If you are understandably sad or shook, ask him to recommend a therapist maybe, but if you wish simply to get your best outcome financially without nonsense or false leads, get him on your team soonest, please. In my experience, Kalil is an expert on mitigation and obtaining the best result for you personally in an impossible, terrible situation. Divorce produces NO winners, ever, but Kalil will find your path to resolution and place you in the least-bad situation for your benefit, blaze a path for you to stay solvent and hasten your best outcome so you can rebuild your life well. Again, one dollar spent with Kalil saves you many more by avoiding needless pitfalls and costly dead-ends with less experienced other local lawyers - I actually DID check them all out. As a parent is it our duty to advocate for our children. We do the best we can and sometimes we may need additional assistance to advocate for our child. We do not recommend this firm. Initially, we were assigned to Meldie, the owner, and we were eager to work with her due to her phenomenal reviews. We believed she would advocate strongly for our daughter regarding her 504 plan and bullying issue. However, we were quickly reassigned to Jessica Graham without any notice or explanation.
Our experiences with Jessica were disappointing. Together, we created a plan that included filing a formal complaint to the Board of Education and seeking reimbursement from the district for therapy costs related to the bullying. Unfortunately, she never truly fought for our child. She did not attempt to negotiate with the district, follow up, or push further when they said no—she simply gave up.
Although we initially planned to file a complaint, which she had recommended, towards the end of our engagement, she completely changed her stance and claimed that such an action would only serve as a “cathartic” experience for our child. We spent thousands of dollars and ended up with very little to show for it. This firm did not represent our family like the advocates they claim to be; they are just lawyers.

Still, she is a no-nonsense lawyer who will give you homework and communicate with the court to let you know the status of your case. She explains court postings from eflex. My Ex threatened to bankrupt me. Tehan used the law to protect me. It wasn't painless, but what was done, she did in a way to provide the best outcome for me and my financial stability. I first hired Clyde in 2019 when I first filed for divorce. I subsequently withdrew the divorce proceeding. after my ex-wife talked me into it then I used him. I hired him again for the second divorce filing. Of which has been now completed and very very satisfactorily. he has Demonstrated the professionalism and the personal attention to detail that was desperately needed in my divorce case and then after the divorce was final. We did the trust agreements and and will and medical power of attorney and stuff that I needed done. He did those after that. I would use him again anytime I need a lawyer and highly recommend him.

I hired Mr. Dedecker for a dependency court case and the odds were really stacked against me. He fought really hard and secured my innocence despite the county counsel being against me. I retained Mrs. Voit in 2007 for a petition to relocate my children. She did not waste my money and has good relationships with other attorneys. This relationship with opposing cousel, who is known for being obstinate, really paid off. We had a meeting and she calmy laid out a fair offer and walked the opposite side into her offer. I got everything I wanted and made some concessions that didn't hurt.
She kept me reasonable and squished my desire to "win" against my ex, but kept it about the kids.
She is fiesty and very busy. You must stay on top of her is all I would caution.
