His old firm, as he had been excellent up to that point and once we made the move, he proceeded to continue smashing it until the case was settled. He’s worth a hire, and even worth a follow to another firm. ONDA is a better company for having him on the roster. 2 years of correspondence with him and my only regret is that I didn’t get to meet him and shake his hand. But even that is a testament to the convenience and ease ONDA provides.

Paid for consultation, stated he would send me the paperwork and other documents to my email it never happen. Stated he would send over a contractor it never happened. Before the consultation, I explained that I didn’t need that I’m ready to move forward all to end up with nothing. No call, monies paid for consultation with no results.
What you specifically stated was that you were going out of town and that packet would be sent out to me. This is bankruptcy there’s no retainer, it’s money paid in full before service rendered. You also stated that the money I paid for the consultation would go towards the remaining balance. You also stated that a contractor would come out and evaluate the property. There was no miscommunication and the email wasn’t wrong. You sent an email to me prior to our meeting that I told you it wasn’t needed. That I was ready to pay all fees and move forward. I never heard from you.

After struggling to get an initial consult without being charged hundreds of dollars, I finally got proper attention to focus on my problem. However, once into the meeting, the head of the firm constantly answered his phone and left the room, which was unprofessional and rude. He then brought in an inexperienced attorney that came wrong advice on multiple legal issues. I ended up losing faith in their ability to take care things, so I am taking my business elsewhere after all this wasted time. I expected more professionalism and competence from this firm.

But this makes the court look fair to others as well.

Kira is by far the best attorney I've dealt with. Kira is someone who actually cares and is not just trying to get a quick dollar from you. She went above and beyond to assist and represent me and i honestly cant thank her enough. She is very detail oriented and will not miss a beat representing you. After every conversation and encounter she sends you a summary letting you know exactly everything you guys talked about then will also call to make sure she didn't miss anything and that everything was understood. Not professional at all. She asked for non-refundable fees for a matter that has been canceled before she even started to work on the contract draft she was supposed to review, but never accepted to refund us. Also, she replied to our email weeks after, when she was even replying. I thought lawyer were trustable, but they can also be true scammers.

While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact.
My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case.
Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed.
The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.

I’m so glad I chose Josephia Law. I’ve been in divorce proceedings for over a year now. And every step of the way the people at Josephia Law have been prompt, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The attorney on my case is Massa Massaquoi-King. I’m lucky to have her on my case. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She’s also very attentive, I don’t have to explain things more than once and she will let me know the best way we should proceed.
Not only is she great at her job, she really cares. Up until recently, my wife was not allowing me to take my son to see my family without her. Recently at the merits hearing for my divorce case, Massa displayed her knowledge and experience in that courtroom. The judge gave an order so that I can spend more time with my son on a schedule. Coincidentally, outside the courtroom my 3 year old son was waiting for us to finish. I picked him up and my son and I both thanked Massa because it was going to be the first time he was going to be able to spend with me and my side of the family for the weekend. It was an emotional moment for all 3 of us outside that courtroom.

DON'T GET SCAMMED!
Before I signed on with this firm I talked to Ms Rouse and explained my financial situation. She assured me that I wouldn't have to constantly dump money into my trust (which was a lie). After giving them 10k with no results, they droped me because I couldn't afford to give them $2500 for an upcoming court date. I went with another lawyer who handled my case for $1500 with excellent results. When my new lawyer reviewed what was previously done, he found several documents were filed incorrectly and I was charged each time they had to resubmit them. Mass King is a joke! She showed up to a virtual hearing looking very unkept (with 6 month old box braids). I was embarrassed. There were several reviews about how this firm takes people money and literally drop them right before court. I wonder why you can't see them anymore......

Then when I was ready to move forward with the agreement, they told me I have to pay and get another consultation because the attorney I talked to is no longer working with them and that this was a “firm company policy” — as if it is some type of government regulation.
I am not sure how good attorneys they are since they never gave me a chance to work with them but judging from how unreasonable and uncooperative they are, I would say stay away from them.
