I recommend Cassondre as a knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and hardworking attorney. I know first-hand that Cassondre and the staff at Wilson Law Group are extremely knowledgeable about the legal work they do. She helped my husband get his residency and after a little over two years he has his green card! Our family went through a difficult time while my husband spent an entire year in Mexico waiting for his residency. While he was in Mexico, she did her best to have him back as soon as possible. She walked us through the entire process and assured that she would do her best to help obtain his residency. She didn’t make any promises, but everything occurred as she said. We were able to visit his family after 9 years in the US. Visiting my husband’s family in Mexico was such a happy moment for us! I am very happy that my family will stay together. Casey helped me work through drafting a contract for the process of assisted reproduction with a close friend. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for this process. She helped me understand all the issues involved - on both a legal and a personal level - and she was extremely knowledgeable about the law as it stands and as it may change in the future. I was nervous about making sure that we drafted as strong a contract as possible. While she wasn't afraid to tell me when something I wanted wasn't possible, her supportive attitude during our conversations helped me feel much more comfortable with the document that we generated over the course of the process, and it ended up containing almost all of what I wanted. Hands down the best lawyer around. I had previously hired another lawyer for my divorce and adoption of my son, and after 5 months and several thousand dollars, nothing was accomplished. I was referred to Casey from a friend who had a great experience as well. Casey was able to break everything down and go over everything until I could understand the complicated situation I was in. With her by my side, we were able to accomplish our goals and finalize everything in a timely matter. She was never one of those lawyers who wanted to drag anything out just to drain me of more money (Like my previous lawyer). She was always available to reach when needed, even on a Saturday night!! We have been using Aimee since 2006 when we first contacted her to obtain custody of our grand daughter. In that time she has provider execellent services to us in obtaining custody, getting the father to provide child support and eventually in getting the father and mother to finally give up their parental rights so that we could adopt her. Aimee also helped us in preparing our wills so that all our childern, both natural and adopted, would be equitably taken care of when we died. She also helped in setting up the legal and medical care of my wife's physically and mentally challenged younger brother. The latest service was in making changers to our wills when my wife's sister died. My experience, as the majority of the reviews I have read and would agree with, are nothing but spectacular thoughts and feelings regarding Mr. Kloosterman.
I want everyone to know that my personal experience with Mr. Kloosterman on two legal cases we faced with Mr. Kloosterman, in my opinion, and many others who I know, that know him, is that he is one of the best attorneys not only in East Tennessee but possibly the whole state of Tennessee.
Mr. Kloosterman has honor and integrity; I have witnessed this in and out of the courtroom and in trial. He fights for his clients, but at the same time, he also knows what is right not only as an officer of the court but also as a man of God. Everyone I have ever spoken to regarding Mr. Kloosterman, including other lawyers, judges, and state representatives, all have said nothing but the highest regard and respect for Mr. Kloosterman. He is very diligent and respectful to all. In our cases, he was very thorough, doing legal research citing the law to opposing counsel and the judges. He advised us of our options and potential outcomes in both cases and allowed us to make very informed decisions regarding our cases as we moved forward.
I have and will always continue to highly recommend Mr. Kloosterman as he genuinely cares for his clients, is an excellent lawyer, and, more importantly, a fantastic man. He has always made himself available to us after hours and even weekends! Mr. Kloosterman has taken calls from me well after midnight in emergencies and talked to me after hours for extended periods of time. Kloosterman helped me to have visitation with my only son while a scumbag named Todd tried to delay it for two years so I couldn't even see him ever, Dylan is very happy and doing well despite Todd. Dylans whole life has turned around for the better, me and his mother are getting along and would like to pursue damages against Todd and his little law firm. I'm hoping that Stephen Todd will be disbarred and dismissed for unethical behavior as I had to blackmail him into showing up to mediation because I had photo and video evidence that he was intentionally delaying meditations for over 4 months. Todd not only disrespected the courts but he also violated his oath, please someone report him and have him removed as an attorney.

Judge Negron acted as my attorney for a child custody case regarding my son. I strongly desired an attorney that would understand what was happening with my son and myself. My experience with other attorneys had been initially pleasant. But they usually wanted just enough of what they thought was important and then moved on; as if I was not needed anymore. Since this could not be anymore personal, having to do with my son, it was extremely important that my attorney understood me as well as any legalities. I wanted someone who could speak to me as a father and family man, not just a legal client. Judge Negron was a perfect fit. Things would only get better from there.
Judge Negron asked questions that were pertinent, but was open to listening as well. He covered all aspects that might be helpful in bringing my son back into our lives. Judge Negron was very helpful in explaining what we would be facing. He made it clear what he could do and what I could do to help. Victor was forthright in what to expect throughout the proceedings. I was especially pleased to find out that he did not have to be "tracked" down. He was easy to contact and made himself available accordingly. All the while, Judge Negron was genuine in his concern for my son and myself.
Once the time came to be at court, Victor was completely dependable and astute. He was extremely thorough and covered all aspects of concern. He aimed for the best outcome at all times. Though the circumstances were trying and stressful, Judge Negron brought calm and confidence. The outcome was a success. My son and I have now been together ever since.
My son and I will forever be indebted to Victor for the time, effort, and concern he gave us. We thank God for placing in him in our path; providence at work. Judge Victor Negron will always be in our prayers. There are more details that point to the providential nature of this case. Suffice it to say, nothing would have happened without Victor saying "yes" and giving his gift as an attorney to make all the good happen.

I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is so attentive and assertive in what she does and takes her job very serious. During my custody case, my son was being majorly abused being in the company of his mother and her associates. The home was a very negative environment and toxic to my son and the custody case was only brought about because of his constant running away from home and ending up at my doorstep. I had no experience in the transitional phase of obtaining custody but Mrs. Mandel made it so easy for me. So easy that on the first court appearance Veronica was so prepared and was so determined, I got temporary custody of my son on the first go!! As a dad I didn't think it was possible that quickly. It brought me to tears. She even took the time out to make calls whether it was 4 in the afternoon or 10, 11, 0r 12 midnight to check up on me and make sure everything was ok with me and my sons transition. She has a beautiful soul and never backed down to anything in court that was thrown at her. I felt so protected by her will to make sure my son remained in safe environment. She made sure I knew my court dates, made sure i brought the proper documents to court and never ever made me feel I was alone in this fight. My son had it rough in the beginning but after her advice to seek therapy for him, 5 years later he's doing extremely well. Kathleen has made my nightmare of an experience much easier. My soon to be ex who adopted my daughter as a step parent changed his mind about being responsible for her once our marraige dissolved. I hired Kathleen to handle my personal injury case because I trust her. I first interviewed a 'baracuda' lawyer. He said my 'soft tissue' injury case was worth maybe $10,000. Kathleen supported my getting an MRI which showed damage. In her non-confrontational way, Kathleen established a rapport with the insurance adjuster, and settled my case (without going to trial) for $22,000. I met Rob as he was just beginning his professional tenure. He "looked" very young, like a younger brother. Angela blows away the stereotype of most family law attorneys. I was dealing with a very difficult family situation and she made the divorce as painless as possible. She is very compassionate and understanding but has the boldness to set you in your place when necessary. I will never forget at one point I got aggravated when she wasn't returning my phone calls right away. She scheduled a meeting with me and explained she was being considerate of the cost of returning a response every time I went into panic mode which was frequently. She then helped me calm my senses and work toward mediation instead of court. At mediation her skills really impressed me in her ability to pick out the "fine" print. At that point I realized what she was charging me was worth every penny and more.

Angela saved me. I was served with the family violence act, removed from my home, not to see or contact my child or ex until our court date. We had several court dates where she managed to get temporary orders instead of final orders. Giving me time to sober up, being that getting my ex was trying for full custody on the grounds of alcoholism. She suggested a guardian ad lietem ,and that helped my case tremendously. o even got a DUI during the times of the temporary orders and she still succeeded in getting one more continuance in the in she prevailed and I got my child back in my life. I was asking for joint custody, and I got that plus child support. Angela was very professional and compassionate.

Tisha is very knowledgeable. But what I adore most about her is that she is unbiased and I am not her client. My son is. She is a dedicated an impartial advocate of the child's best interest.

Francis did an excellent job on my case. The outcome was great but more important than the outcome is that she really cared about my children’s well being and not a dollar . Although my divorce is what I consider the worst experience of my life, I have to give my attorney, Ms Debra Bryan a lot of credit,, for keeping me on track. The entire process was such a emotional roller coaster, and i whined entirely to much, but at the end of this process, my attorney (who I nickname mom) was able to secure me, a very nice and fair settlement. Ms Bryan, made sure that i was sure about me decision, to get a divorce. She asked the hard questions. Because of the attention she paid to me and my situation, I didn't even have to open my mouth to say anything in court, because Ms Bryan did exactly what she promised to do. I hired attorney Karen Pittman-Pace for an entire year. It was a very complicated civil case. It was connected to another criminal case in another MO county. The Father was being denied access to his Baby. At first, it seemed impossible to get anything at court.
