Courtney went above and beyond to help my son with his child visitation case. She came in on her day off , during pandemic when the opposing counsel pulled a shady court order. She immediately handled the situation and with good results. My son's case was a tough case and ended with good results without even having to go to trial. She is worth every penny and then some. When I made the decision to modify custody for my daughter I knew it was going to take a GREAT attorney to make it happen. I was told Courtney Hull was the woman I wanted, and boy was that information correct! I highly recommend Atty. Taylor and his office. I was charged with doing 91 in a 70 mph zone, so it was a Reckless Driving Speeding Misdemeanor charge. He appeared in court on my behalf and I ended up doing 24 hrs Community Service, completing an 8 hr online Defensive Driving Course, and paying $431 in fines to the court, and my charge was dropped down to an Improper Control/Driving charge, which is an Infraction, not a Misdemeanor. A win in my book.
Regarding Attorney Taylor - he was great from the start. He responded to my call right away and was informative and reassuring. He clearly explained what the penalties and consequences of my charges were and explained what he could do to lessen the charges. I was totally stressed and at a complete loss as to what to do, especially since I lived out of state, and hiring him immediately took all that stress away. He was affordable and his services were worth every penny. His office was wonderful as well. Megan, a Legal Assistant at the office, was very responsive to all my emails, which I really appreciated. Getting through the whole process really would have been impossible without them, especially being out of state. The court appearances were scheduled and then continued 4 times! His Office kept me informed, finally appeared in court for me, and in the end, gave me a letter clearly articulating exactly what I needed to do and by when in order to fulfill the Deferred Disposition and get my charges amended. I can't stress enough how worth it it was hiring them. Thank you Attorney Taylor and staff!!!

Ms. Mroczek is a wonderful attorney. She isn't a surface level attorney, and she dove right into my case, getting to know me and my children right away. She showed that she cared about my situation. One of the things that made me feel the best, was that I didn't have to refresh her memory of my case when I went in for meetings, she remembered every detail. She is so well spoken, driven, responsive, and intelligent. She and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and worry less about my upcoming case. Renee helped us with a couple of custody cases and an adoption. Everyone in her office was easy to work with and very responsive.
Renee was referred to us by a number of friends and professionals. The only people I spoke to that did not like her were individuals that were on the opposing side of a case. Which is exactly what we needed. She is thorough, and having her on our side really made us feel much better about a difficult experience.

Renee represented me during a rough time in my life while I was attempting to obtain a restraining order.
She took her time to get to know the details of my case prior to the court date and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was rushed during our meetings or that I had to re-explain myself. She just "got it". Her staff was also helpful and organized with their paperwork/email communication.
As someone who has never gone to court for anything before, my anxiety about the entire process was high. However, when Renee met me at the courthouse, my anxiety diminished. Compassion should be Casey’s middle name. All she cared about from our first conversation was the well being of my children as if they were her own. She was extremely responsive and helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She handled my case with such grace and dignity at a time when I needed her the most. Brandon provided hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible... A 10 year case of complex issues that Brandon stepped into on year 8. Not only was he able to defend us, but he has guided myself to remain calm with an empathetic demeanor. My needs and rights as a good parent were put among my childs, which always was Brandon's first concern. I was treated with respect and as a person rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. If I was looking at things in the wrong way, Brandon was honest enough to tell me exactly that and that honesty wins my entire faith within this terrible Family Law system I have dreaded almost as much as those making such decisions probably do. I have quite a few steps in my battle but Brandon has somehow made this ordeal a battle for the best interest of child rather than allowing the typical back and forth BS.
If you're dishonest and unable to to put your child first, I'd highly not recommend Brandon.
If you're an honest parent willing to trust in order to be trusted that wants to whole heartedly fight if need be, compromise, stipulate or litigate if it means your family is in good hands.... Then I hereby recommend Brandon without any reservation.
Btw...if like myself.... Money was a huge factor in my decision making and first off.... Yes, of course family law is expensive and when I learned the hard way it truly does matter whether you go ProSe or not... I researched until my mind couldn't handle anymore. I retained Brandon after MANY consultations and my case's paperwork began within a week. 2 years later I unfortunately researched again knowing my case was a complex case that could no longer be "stipulated" and knew I needed someone that was going to litigate shall it lead there due to contempt and my child's emotional and psychological welfare in question. Brandon is entirely commited to believing in our children and their needs moreso than parents and I respect that so very much.
Again, my research all lead me back to my number 1attorney! I look so very forward to my case have an opinion and order via the court based upon my sons best interest and I have absolutely no doubt Brandon will be just as ready that day as he was years ago.
You can't go wrong with an attorney such as Brandon O'donnell! An added compliment is his compassion and incredible sense of style to boot haha!
