Jenn is an absolute wonder. She and her staff helped me through my mother's estate and setting up my own families trust. It's hard to find someone to trust with your assets, but after extensive research and reading reviews (plus - gut instinct) - it was a homerun. Jen returns calls and messages that same day or in some cases within minutes. Don't know how many people actually know about the work that goes into estate planning and setting up a family trust - It's a lot... 'trust' me. Jen went over every aspect of what the whole process encompasses. Sometimes it gets confusing, but she understands that it's a lot to take in and doesn't have any problem going over things with you again.

We conferred with Jen about drawing up our wills. We had definite ideas about how we wanted our affairs handled, but we didn't think we needed a Trust. Just a simple will. Jen was very patient and explained that what we wanted to do was exactly what a Trust was designed to do. Still, we just wanted a simple will. Jen did not press us and continued to try and make our wishes work with just a simple will. As we worked together, we began to see that she was right and eventually established a Living Trust. We have so much peace of mind now knowing that when the time comes, our affairs will be handled according to our wishes. I really appreciate Jen's patience and ability to explain things.

My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Lorien answered all of my questions for me, and offered me direction, before she even agreed to represent me. She represented and stood by me during my almost three years long, High Conflict Divorce & Custody battle that included numerous false allegations, false accusations, multiple false CPS cases, Extreme Parental Alienation, and multiple Smear Campaigns by my ex. Lorien always knew what to do each time something new was hurled at me, and she helped me prove everything to be false, so that my children were returned to me, while helping navigate me through the most difficult, heart wrenching, and stressful time of my life; as well as restoring my character and reputation, in court. We had 7 full days of trial, as well as many, many Hearings. She had many witnesses and expert witnesses testify, always on pointe when questioning witnesses, and never backing down to opposing counsel and all their shenanigans. As a mother herself, she always has the best interest of the children at heart, and she really cares about her clients - you never feel like you're just a case. We hired Loni for a very complicated and stressful case. Her experience was extremely valuable in so many ways. I gave them 1 star because I called to get my remaining balance to pay off. Their accounting person was awful and rude. She did not know what the fees are being charged for nor the remaining balance that I would had to speak to the lawyer handling the case to get the final balance. That was fine but why be nasty and rude if clients are asking. They really need to train their front office or accounting staff better customer service or how to properly talk to clients better. My husband called a second time and asked to speak to a specific paralegal or lawyer involved in the case to get the final balance and they mistakenly transferred him to this accounting person they had again. She was soo rude and spoke to us both slowly like you are talking to a 1st grader like we did not speak any English. I do not know if it’s because of our last name but we both were born in the states so there was no need to belittle people that are trying to pay off their remaining balance. Makes me think she speaks to all foreigners this way and everybody should be spoken with respect regardless what race, former or current client. We will not be using them ever again for any services knowing they have rude and nasty accounting or front office staff that are not properly trained. I will also be telling others I know about this awful experience.

When I needed to get custody of my daughter quickly I was referred to Ginger at Your Family Law Center. She met with my wife and I promptly to discuss the situation we found our daughter in. Not only was she able to find information about my ex and her husband to properly paint the picture of horror my daughter was living in. I called the office of Barbara May to inquire about a one time consultation. The secretary was incredibly rude. The whole conversation was infuriating. The secretary told me « let’s see first if you can afford our fees before anything. Then she told me we don’t have time for people like you who just seek advices » I was chocked. They charge 375 dollars for the first appointement and ask for $4000 before you even meet with them. They say they don’t have time to give people consultation, you have to choose them as long term attorney or they won’t give any advices on any matter. Where is humanity and kindness in all this? I never met Barbara but I know one thing her secretary sabotaged her work by being so hostile.

Almost 3 years ago a friend recommended her lawyer C.J. Lyford to review our paperwork for the N-600K. She reviewed our paperwork, and found several places where we needed more documentation. She also made a table of contents for us, as we had so many papers. We submitted the paperwork February 2019, and just had our interview 3 years later July 2021 (it was scheduled last June, but we had to postpone because we couldn't go back to the U.S. because of COVID).
The interview was only 30 minutes, and we got our certificate of citizenship right away! The immigration officer said that our paperwork was the best she had ever seen on a N-600. The lawyer was well worth it, and we strongly recommend her!

Lindsey was the best thing to happen to me after my divorce. My ex had a large percentage of placement of our child and had been put in a position of power over me, making me feel like I had no option other than to barely see my son and pay an arm and a leg in child support.
