Sarah did amazing with my case. She was the second lawyer we hired and she did everything I hoped for. Her and her paralegals were quick to respond in any situation and she went out of her way to get a motion for court going. This was a tough case to begin with. Sarah Jacobs-Manwarren was not our first attorney, she handled the appeal process. It was a year and a half long appeal. Every step of the way she was upfront and straight with us on what to expect. We are extremely happy with the outcome of this case. My former wife and I worked with Joy after we decided to take the Mediation path for our separation. Our situation was simple in some areas, but remarkably complex in others. Joy helped us navigate the difficult parts with grace and wisdom, and actually helped us get through the easy parts with a measure of happiness that I'm sure is uncommon in these situations.
I know mediation isn't for everyone, but I think if more people took this route before going to lawyers, and specifically to Joy, they would save a mountain of heartache.

James Diamond was hired because he has a law degree, however his knowledge of the law falters greatly. He will absolutely take your money. Will he then in return do the work that money was paid to do? Nope. He also CANNOT handle being told that he is not measuring up to the level of professionalism he was hired for. He was able to get my ex to break. Dealing with a narcissist is extremely difficult. He was able to navigate around my ex’s manipulative behavior and focus on what was on the line. My children’s best interest were in mind the whole way. At the end of the ordeal, I got my son back.

Going through a divorce has been the most stressful thing in my entire life, and it is not something I could have done on my own. Before contacting Shane, I had interviewed several lawyers over the course of a few weeks. By far, I felt the most comfortable with Shane and Kayla. I felt they understood my case better than anyone, and it was clear from the very beginning that they would give 100% to my case. My sister died unexpectedly and without a will. We live in Pennsylvania and definitely needed legal help. After reviewing lawyers with top ratings in Cobb County, I contacted three lawyers by email. Steve Worrall responded in 2 hours. One of the other lawyers contacted me days later, and the third not at all. The initial contact was not just a legal one, but also one saying how sorry for our loss in a genuine way. Steve was able to meet with us and offer help during the limited time we could spend in Georgia. Once in Pennsylvania, any questions we had were responded to by Steve or Karen in a speedy manner. Worrall Law is tip top in my book. They made this awful time one in which I felt legally and personally supported.

Having been involved last year in settling a relatives' estate with nothing more than a software generated, one-size-fits-all Will, we knew we wanted something more comprehensive than that for our Estate. Additionally, we needed a clear, objective comparison of Trusts vs Wills, and which would be the best fit for us. After attending some local attorneys' introductory/free-lunch seminars, we felt far more comfortable working with Steve Worrall at Georgia Estate Plan. Without a doubt we made the right choice. We could not have completed the complex process of generating an all-inclusive Estate Plan that addresses potential issues without Steve and Karen's guidance and expertise.

I recently went through my first divorce. I was very upset and lost. I could not find a lawyer available or one that would even answer the phone. After a full day of calls, at about 7:15pm I was so afraid and lost. Then Monica answered her phone and gave me some guidance. Monica set an appointment with me the next day. I have retained T for over 15 years or so. I'd like to think I can judge an attorney's quality. Through the years, I have worked and been friends with numerous attorneys who are considered excellent by their own peers....including Harvard Law, major Wall St firms and Europe in many facets of the practice. Further, my father was in the judiciary and I think I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be exceptional. If someone asks me who my attorney is (although I use several for various specialties,) I say Theresa. T has gone above and beyond so many times for friends and myself. If I chose one special quality in addition to her utter competency and professionalism it is TRUST. I have known T's family since I was a child and law is in their blood. Just good people. We have all heard the nefarious remarks about attorney's and their kinship to sharks. T couldn't be farther from this stigma. I sat with Theresa this week to discuss some business matters and it was more like having coffee with a friend. No rush. I have walked courthouses with Theresa, and, it is obvious she is well known and well respected by the many walking the halls. And, the bonus is Autumn and Jen are the best! I noted the comments by the person (since disproven) which said she did not return calls, etc. Hello? Have you ever worked with an atty before? An atty does not call back unless they have something to tell you. Think about it.....legal wheels turn slow...it saves you billing for wasted phone time . A unique thing with T's staff is they are "up-to-speed" at all times....I can't tell you how many times I have called with a question and they dealt with it in a 30-second call. You won't get that with most attorneys. The office is run like a family....just what you want when dealing with nerve-wracking issues. Professional, classy, thorough....pals. Recommended unequivocally.

The address for this location is 8150 N. Central Expressway. The way google Maps takes you to is by Klyde Warren Park. Incorrect and stressing. The location is, of course, off 75 exit Caruth. The tall gold glass window is it on the right. The building has 16 floors, I believe. If you need floors higher than 9, take the two elevators closer to Rhino coffee. I wish I'd known all this prior to my 1st appointment at Taylor Counseling. Other than that, I would have given this location a five. Google Maps, fix the directions for this location, please.

Be careful of pushy advice to do an emergency custody hearing based on Ann Margaret Alexander's opinions and high fee which she earns with every outcome. Be aware that these hearings are very quick and may be based on falsified documents with no time to make an actual case and she will push to settle and acquiesce under pressure and collude with the other attorney. She makes a lot of money on these quick hearings and doesn't do her clients justice. It's amazing how her opinions change drastically after the hearing- an abusive parent is no longer abusive just the alpha parent (after she collects her fees). Also, be aware that these emergency custody hearings, if there is unfavorable outcome, will ruin any changes of a permanent custody change in the future. Do your research and homework in these situations!
