I highly recommend Ms. Schmaltz! In an extremely emotional and challenging time she was excellent at working through the necessary steps and helped me immensely when further circumstances made my situation even more tramatic. My wife and I hired Ms. Schmaltz to assist us with an animal law case. We are dog breeders located in Washington State and one of our puppies was stolen from us and sold to a person in Arizona. Ms. Schmaltz was exceptionally easy to work with remotely and she helped us to come to a mutually acceptable settlement with the Arizona family. She is knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an animal law attorney in Arizona.

In my first interview with Oona Kingston she provided a clear and accurate assessment of the potential options for divorce settlement and the likely outcome of the settlement. In an arena in which many lawyers seem to thrive on creating confusion and anxiety, Oona was a calm voice of reason and worked diligently to get a fair settlement as efficiently as possible. Oona was more than a match for the big-city, high-priced lawyers on the other side and my legal costs were a fraction of those of my ex-spouse. I highly recommend her services.

During the duration of my divorce I struggled with the sadness of it as well as feelings of being so alone. While my ex had already moved on...I was still trying to process it all...how do I go from here...how do I make ends meet....my only identity was wrapped around my husband...how do I start over? I felt so completely alone with two kids and a house to worry about. Needless to say I felt overwhelmed by the divorce process and the decisions that needed to be made. Oona has the ability to take the entire picture and break it out into what is important and not important. She can simplify the decisions based on what needed to be addressed at that time and what could wait or what didn't need to be addressed at all. Although she is sympathatic to your situation, she has the ability to keep emotions out of the decision making process. I felt this allowed me the confidence to make good, fair, clear decisions based on her advise even while I was an absolute mess. She was honest with me about what was worth fighting for and what was a waist of time. She understands the process and is confident in her abilities and this shows. I had such low self esteem at this point and really felt as though I would never recover and yet, Oona had a away of making me have just enough confidence to at least stand up for myself and my kids. Although my divorce was at the time heartbreaking to me, somehow with Oona's help I stood up for myself. I feel to this day that this was the best thing I have ever done!

Every lawyer I called before calling greg felt like they didn't care and weren't easy to talk to. It was easy to lose hope in dealing with a difficult time and not having any idea what to do with my situation. Greg called me back moments after leaving him a voice mail. I was charged with a class d felony. Tammy didn’t look at me as just another client or another paycheck. She treated me and my family like her own. From the beginning I was looking at 2 years in jail and it was more or less certain that I was going to spend a good amount of time in jail. I settled on the first plea deal we got and it involved no jail time at all. She went above and beyond in every aspect of this case. Where most attorneys will stop at a certified letter or a notarized note she went a step further and had them come in to testify. She really put her time and effort into getting the best possible outcome for my family. I didn’t get to see my wife or children for three months and she made it her mission to reunite us all. This morning they moved back in. I cannot speak higher of Tammy. There are no amount of words I have to give her the credit she deserves. She is and will always be a part of our Little family.

Justin and I sat down originally once I decided to attempt shared parenting. He was very helpful with discussing the process that needed to be done and the proper steps in doing so. We are long-time clients of Mr. Williams. He drafted wills and powers of attorney for me and my husband years ago, and it was time for an update. His staff scheduled us in right away. Mr. Williams reviewed the deed to our house to make sure it was titled right so we wouldn't have problems in the future. He talked to us about our assets, which had grown over the years, and ensured that we properly named beneficiaries on investment accounts. He explained the difference between a will and trusts, and we decided to keep it to wills. Mr. Williams helped guide us about where our property will go and who will handle our things when we pass away. He drafted our documents and took the time to hand-deliver drafts to our house, so we had plenty of time to review them before we signed them. At the signing, Mr Williams took us through all of the documents and explained them thoroughly. His paralegal made copies and put the originals and copies in a new portfolio, so our documents are together in one place. We are very pleased with the work he did and how he explained everything. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this law firm.

Incompetent and rude. We requested Gordon to draw up a will and other documents. Upon our request, my wife asked to review documents for errors. Gordon stated he would email the documents to my wife, but he did not. Gordon made the simplest errors in even scheduling the meeting to sign the documents, which was a huge red flag. It gets worse. My wife sat down for approximately 30 seconds and found over a dozen errors in her documents and mine. Again, we were told we would get the documents prior to this meeting to review. This proved our point. While working with Gordon to fix the numerous errors he made, we kept finding more errors!!! For 350.00 we thought there was better quality. My wife stopped the meeting, and we refused to continue. While refusing, Godon became very rude and defensive of his own errors!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! Complete waste of our time. Now, we have to find a competent attorney's office that can handle a simple last will and power of attorney paperwork. If I could give a negative rating, I would. These are facts, not opinions.

I’m leaving this organization (2) stars. The second star came from you offering my $100.00 back after confirming with me you only work with “rich people” and not single mothers already struggling. The people seem nice and they respond to your concerns quickly….but if you ain’t rich this isn’t the law firm for you. My heart was broken when I begged them as a single mother to please work with me and I promise we could work out a realistic payment arrangement. Mr. Williams explained my case for child support and primary custody could possibly cost more than 4K. They also explained their retainer fees and how you’re billed for every call, text, email, or them touching your case. Lastly, per their organization direct response “I will advise you that if your retainer is depleted or you're retainer account ever has less than $1500, you will be asked to refill your retainer.” I advised them to go have a prayer with God and get back with me if they will accept 4K for my case and serve me as a client. I’m leaving you this long review because I’m an influencer as my side hustle and I want the world to see this and WAKE UP and realize money is the root of all evil! If God assigned you to be a lawyer he is trusting you with that higher level of authority to serve the people at your best ability. It’s 2025, times are hard I hope this is a wake up call for this organization to have a round table meeting and the subject should be “Do we really serve our people”? God bless these rich attorneys. May your money bring you happiness in this lifetime.

I do not live in Live Oak anymore 90% of the time and I needed a criminal defense attorney to help me with something that had occurred. He actually answered the phone when I called, we discussed the case he told me he would get back with me the next day, which he did. At that point, kyle informed me as to what he thought he could get done from his preliminary investigation. He told me what the cost would be, and we agreed that he would handle it for me. Over the course of the next 60 days Kyle and I I spoke possibly two times he called me to give me an update on my case and today he called letting me know. He had exceeded my expectations and had the case dismissed and we were done and over with he charged me exactly what he told me he would. He did exactly as he told me he would. He was always available he took my .calls then call me if there was something he needed or he won’t need to give me an update on my case. Summing this review up Kyle did an awesome job for me. If you are looking for an attorney who is honest, straightforward knowledgeable and is genuinely concerned about his clients and the outcome of their case, then you have definitely found it in Kyle McLeod. He does exactly what he says he will do and goes above and beyond to get you the best possible results. My youngest son, Jordan was charged with 4 counts of vehicular homicide back in January. My family and I were very worried and afraid of what could happen to him. In the state of Florida, the maximum sentence for this charge is 15 years; per person for a total of 60 years. Jordan had no prior criminal record and no drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of the accident. Kyle took our case and told us he felt he could get the case dismissed.
