We met Heather and her staff in 2019 when adopting our first child from the foster care system. Now we are back for a 2nd adoption in 2022 with a biological sibling to our adopted kiddo. We have not had any worries or concerns about either adoption process. Heather explains everything and takes the time to answer all questions. Her staff responds quickly to emails and phone calls. My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I called Mr. Lorenzo on a Saturday afternoon and he answered and explained the process of what to be expected. He sounded very knowledgeable and also caring. I felt so relieved after speaking to him and I knew I had found the right attorney. Mr. Lorenzo was there for my family and I through a difficult time and case. She's an amazing salesperson, but from what I can tell, an average lawyer. Charging $450/hr is obviously a supply and demand issue, which is a product of her salesperson-ship, and having more clientele than time available to help them. Even her paralegal, who handles most paperwork, makes more than 95% of all doctors. No lawyer can make everything happen, but I suspect most lawyers can accomplish the same outcomes for much less.

Divorce is always messy and emotional. My ex took me back to court only 6 months after it was final. I knew this was never going to end. I did my research in trying to find a true litigator that could fiercely represent me all the way to the end. Nonie has stellar experience litigating in front of a judge. An actual Family Law litigator is hard to find. After she looked at my files, when I had my consult with her she pointed out several things that could have been done differently. For the first time in months I felt at ease because Nonie clearly had a strategy that could end this. She’s personable, listens intently, and resolute in how things should go. My only regret is that I didn’t find her for my initial divorce. I would be in a completely different situation now.
After my initial consult with Nonie I was paired up with Sharnea, her paralegal, and Amber, another attorney with the firm. Sharnea is by far the most knowledgeable paralegal I’ve ever worked with. She was very clear in explanations of family law and how it pertained to me. Sharnae was always available when I needed her! I really appreciated working with her.
Not only did I feel I had the best team fighting for me they were also my biggest advocates in helping me through the entire rollercoaster. My case is resolved and I can finally move on with my life.
I honestly hope I don’t need an attorney again from this past marriage, but if I do I will contact Nonie without question! She is the only atty I would consider.

Contentious divorce and custody battles don't just affect the immediate family; they ripple out, impacting extended families and friends. As someone who loves and supports a family member going through such a difficult time, I experienced firsthand the emotional toll these situations can take. We often become the ones helping carry the burdens created by the breakdown of a family.

Warning to women seeking custody and protection from abusive partners: do not choose Nate Van Loon. He will provide promises up front, claim to be your champion and pretend to have a thought-out plan of action to investigate your spouse financially, reveal spending patterns, "secure what's yours," get them to move out, and protect your kids. Except none of that happened in reality. Multiple times, I would go as long as 7 weeks without a return email, call, or response from him in any way. He strung my case out for longer than necessary - telling me I would get my chance to tell my story at the next court hearing and it never came. Had I been educated as a client, (who never stopped asking questions about what to expect and how to prepare) I likely would have made different decisions entirely. Nate deliberately kept me in the dark and had no problem cashing my check for the trial he showed up for and sold out from under me by telling the referee the reason for my divorce was a lack of being heard by my spouse and not the fact that I had police reports, evidence of physical violence and a pattern of erratic behavior from alcohol use. None of it was considered because Nate didn't care to advocate for me. Worst decision I ever made. Feb - Dec 2024.

Good morning, I found attorney Nathan Van Loon online. He assisted me with child support and my divorce. Mr.Van Loon respected my privacy and explained the whole process from beginning to the end. Mike Ayaz of Blake and Ayaz is the lawyer you want in your corner. He represented me in a case brought on by ABC. It was already in a default judgment against me because ABC never properly notified me that there was a case against my establishment. Mike was able to get the default judgment thrown out and allowed me to start anew. The outcome was more than expected. I like that he did not sugarcoat anything. He was honest about my chances and the possible outcome from the beginning. Oh, and he took my call from day one. The other law firm took my name and said they would call back the following week. Mike always returns your phone calls and makes you feel like you're never alone and that you have the best lawyer representing you. He is a bull dog and that's what you need when dealing with ABC.
