I highly recommend Tess Davis . When I went through my divorce I was completely lost and scared . I didn’t even know where to start or how protect myself through the process. I was incredibly grateful to meet Craig. He was referred to me through a colleague at a very challenging point in my life. Deciding to file personal bankruptcy is heartbreaking. But Craig showed great compassion and understanding for my situation.
He supported me every step of the way by explaining the process, and was very accommodating with his fees and payment structure. While I hope no one ever has to go through bankruptcy filing, but if that time ever comes, I have 100% trust and confidence in Craig’s expertise and professionalism. He was always incredibly prompt in responding to my calls or texts. I always felt he had my back. Filing for bankruptcy tends to do a number on your self esteem. What I thought would be a relatively easy go with my now ex-wife turned into a protracted battle of everything. What should have been simple became contested. Thank goodness I decided to go with Emily Yu. She is the best.
If you need an attorney that is laser focused on your needs and desires and doesn't push you in the direction they want, Emily is for you. She is compassionate, articulate and is not afraid to go toe to toe with anyone. I loved how quickly she responded to my questions either in email or on the phone. I especially loved how I never felt like she was over billing me.
There is no other attorney I could recommend for a contested divorce. It's a guarantee that you spouse will not enjoy going up against her and opposing council will know they are in for a scrum. Emily is worth every one of your hard earned pennies.

This firm was extremely attentive in my custody family court matter. From the beginning, Robert Greenberg was extremely honest and let me know how he would be taking family leave and Sharae Mcneal would be taking lead In my case. I was nervous about my outcome, but it all lead to positivity. I truly do not believe I could have done it without them, they made my process so easy and consistently reassured me things would be okay. They also were very up front about costs, how billing worked, and would give detailed emails that included invoices of the exact services you were paying for. I hired them for my divorce. I worked with them for almost 1.5 years and they didn't know that the biggest reimbursement claim I had wasn't valid until the opposing attorney educated them on the law. Further, I got charged for responding to emails they sent me. They make sure everyone in the office touches your file so each individual can bill you. They are expensive and incompetent. I spent almost $70,000 just to fire them before the final decree. They wanted $5000 to finish the divorce. I got it done by a competent attorney for $1000. Divorce is hard and it drains you on so many levels. Do yourself a favor and find a competent attorney that is reasonable priced. These ladies aren't it. They made a bad situation even worse.

Dear Jennifer and the Martinez Legal Team,
I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done. While mediation did not prove to be ideal, you helped ensure that my youngest son will be able to continue the one activity he is enthusiastic about and that I didn't get stuck with my ex-wife's debt. It brings a lot of solace that my youngest son does have financial support to pursue his karate passion throughout his childhood if he desires to do so. While I wish she would have wanted to support our son's interest simply because it is his interest instead of using it as a bargaining tool, we got close to what she owed me in a way that protects my son and an activity that brings him joy and increased self-confidence, which is far more important to me. You also helped me understand what was and was not worth fighting based off of what our judge would likely rule. This helped me accept the situation and allowed us to reach an agreement and not drag on the divorce process another three months.
I am sure no divorce process is ever easy. I also know that family law attorneys (or attorneys in general) don't have the best reputation, but you are the type of person who should be doing what you are doing and should not be lumped in with the negative opinion of lawyers. From what I have seen you are in this profession for the right reasons and you look to do what is right within the confines of the laws and the judged you work with.

I have nothing but good comments to report on my experience working with Matt Fleischer.
My sister and I were the executors of our mother's trust after she passed away. Her mineral rights assets had not been entered into the trust, so we hired Matt to probate them over to a new trust for us. We did not live in Oklahoma but Matt took care of everything and was very easy to work with. He let us know up front what the total cost would be and each step of the process, including court dates, documents we would need to provide and/or get notarized, etc. Everything was handled via phone and email, with certain documents eventually being mailed. Fees were right in line compared to other firms in OK. Finally, I don't think I ever called Matt where he himself didn't answer the phone - that is what I call responsive and helpful.
I would recommend Matt's firm to anyone needing legal help in Oklahoma!

A few years back, my wife and I had an unfortunate situation that required us to get an attorney to help resolve a situation in which we wronged. Nate did an amazing job getting us what we deserved. He was a true pleasure to work with and a brilliant lawyer.
