I can't say enough good things about David. From the first phone call we had, I knew he would be different from every other attorney I spoke with. His response time to emails and phone calls was always done in a timely manner. Even when I knew he was taking time off, he was still replying to me. David never missed a scheduled appointment/call and never missed a court date. We always talked things through, and he gave me a clear idea of what could or couldn't happen and his plan before each court date. David was always upfront and honest with me. I truly appreciate that when you work with David you only work with David. He won't send another attorney who doesn't know your case to court. Your message won't get lost in the receptionists' pile. He is running a one man show and doing a great job at it. I've already told David that if I have to go back to court, he will be my first call.

But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel.
In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. Thank you.

Curtis Kleem is absolutely amazing! I needed some custody stuff handled, & for my particular situation , he was able to get it taken care of quickly and efficiently ! I pretty much had to do nothing but send in some papers ! (My case was to modify visitation rights) , I’m just so thankful he was able to take care of it all for me & I didn’t really have to do a thing! & it was a success . 😊 His staff is also amazing. Clifford law firm was to represent my son in 2 counties both wake and sampson. He showed up once in wake none in sampson after being paid to be my son's rep. I would not hear from him nor my daughter in law would see him attend to business. The man mumbles and I could not understand most of what he was saying even though he was apprised I am hard of hearing. 20 months and nothing he said he would do was done. I even hesitate to give one star he deserves none.

Great Law Firm! I was leary at first and ended up reading the reviews and was judging the law firm based off other people's reviews and exprience but got the total opposite services. Maybe it's particular attorneys but A. Jazembak was assigned to me. Mr. Jazembak has great communication and wants to know precisely information to accurately get the results his clients want.
Honestly, if you want a good defense, be ready to have everything documented and ready to present to them EVERYTHING. They aren't mind readers so I think the negatives reviews came from clients thinking that they had to only give the basic information and assumed because it's a law firm they had the ability to make a good case on basic information. If you're putting in effort, they will 100% fight for there clients. The paralegal has excellent communication C. Barrett and the account keeps track of all funds and send an itemized bill accurately H. Myers. Give them a try, ypu wont be disappointed!!
