the attorney had 2 meetings with me for a hour each and a hour phone call to a prosecutor, forgets everything i tell him, wrongfully stated some amount should be double, and told me he had not reviewed everything I gave him but that I used 17 hours. The attorney is dishonest and giving me a opinion to do something illegal.

I cant recommend her enough. She is the 6th laywer I have used and she was so much better than the others. My case had stalled for 14 months. She came in and got things moving in a week and I won custody of my daughter in 8 months out of court. She is extremely sharp was on top of all the details. This woman is vile and disgusting. She failed to listen to any of my children’s concerns when she was an amicus. My ex was in jail for assault, abused my children, had a DUI and she recommended that i have supervised visitation. I had no more money to fight my husband and my kids who only want to be with me are going to be forever messed up emotionally. I’m sure this woman is not a mother - and hope to God she never is. IMO she was definitely getting something on the side from my rich ex who I have recorded messages that “money is no object” to go against me. So so sad

Aaron Compton was fantastic to work with. When I had an unjustified lawsuit brought against me, he stepped in as my council and handled it masterfully. He did his research to familiarize himself with the plaintiff's past litigious behaviors and knew exactly what to expect. On the day of court, Aaron came with a plan A, B, or C based on what direction the plaintiff chose to push the issue, and he was fully prepared for each scenario. Luckily, only plan A was needed, and the plaintiff skulked away, dismissed the suit, and will likely re-think the way they do business going forward. I have the utmost gratitude for Mr. Compton for representing me with his legal expertise, knowledge of human behavior, his tenacity, and overall genuine desire to see my legal rights and property protected. There are few things in life as traumatic as being served with an unexpected divorce notice from the, arguably, most notorious law firm in Tucson. Several of my law professional contacts recommended Nicci to me and warned me that I was in for a tough fight. Nicci, it turns out, was a blessing. Not only is she competent, compassionate and empathetic, she is a delight to work with. She and her para legal, Erika, were always available when I needed them. Twice I caught Nicci working on my case from home on weekends. She presented a strong enough case that we were able to settle without going to trial with both myself & my former spouse pleased with the results. And we did it in the minimum number of days required by law, something which almost never happens in Tucson.

I Recently went through a custody case in which Susan came out victorious, not once but twice!!! She faced a Large HIGH priced law firm and came out victorious. A David vs Goliath. My ex-wife left my son and me for a few months and came back to take my son away assuming since she is a woman she has all the rights.

We retained Amber Hinson's services to represent us in a termination of parental rights and subsequent adoption of a step-child proceeding. From our initial consultation, we KNEW that we hade made the right choice! When I needed to get custody of my daughter quickly I was referred to Ginger at Your Family Law Center. She met with my wife and I promptly to discuss the situation we found our daughter in. Not only was she able to find information about my ex and her husband to properly paint the picture of horror my daughter was living in. But with her incredible work we were granted exactly what we needed to provide our daughter with a more stable and healthier home environment. I would highly recommend Ginger, so much so that I have already referred a family member to her services. Ginger was kind and understanding with my ex's situation but demanded no nonsense in the matter of our daughter's safety.

We hired Hirabayashi from a referral list given to us by DCFS. We had 3 adoptions that needed to be processed sooner than later so we opted to pay rather than wait for the “free one”. We sent off a check 2/17/23 and it was cashed 2 weeks later. He asked us for dates of availability for the next few months just in case so that he can schedule an adoption date but that it shouldn’t take too long. It was almost 3 months later that his office submitted the first form. We were told they were waiting on DCFS. Long story short, another few weeks go by and we found out they made an error on paperwork and they were resubmitting it. After that it we had to push to get an adoption date sooner than later. Paid the attorney in early February and adoption finalized last day of July due to errors on lawyers end. They first told us that they submitted the forms then they said they were going to submit the forms next week. Never got a straight answer from his secretary Nancy. Just a bunch of runaround. That’s when anyone answered the phone or even replied to an email.
After all said and done we look for a receipt or invoice stating what was paid and for what because my employer pays for all legal fees specific to adoption and we find that the “Adoption Expenses” form submitted to the court shows we haven’t paid yet which was filed nearly 3 months after we paid him. We ask for a receipt 3 times, 2 emails and one phone call, and on the third we get a copy of the original bill that says what we owe. Then Hirabayashi states, “Isn’t that the same thing?” Back and forth about him basically refusing to acknowledge he knows what I’m asking for. A simple receipt or invoice showing paid or better yet, be professional and supply an itemized invoice maybe.
Horrible experience from beginning to end. Wood not recommend. I truly believe he takes advantage of the fact that he’s on a list distributed by DCFS and he’ll get calls no matter what.

Mark was AMAZING!!! We tried for months on end to get our adoption finalized but never heard not once from our state appointed attorney.
We waited 4 months to hear from our attorney until someone told us about Mark, we decided to switch and try him.
With the whole Covid situation it slowed everything down to a screeching halt. Thankfully as soon as we switched to Mark he knew how to navigate the system to get our adoption finalized.
He was super communicative and we always knew where things stood. After waiting for 2 1/2 years and people telling us it would be another 1-1.5 yrs due to Covid, it took us a few months with Mark and everything got finalized. We couldn't thank him enough!! He has made our family finally feel settled and whole. Thank you Mark for all of your efforts we will never forget you ❤️❤️

I called the office of Barbara May to inquire about a one time consultation. The secretary was incredibly rude. The whole conversation was infuriating. The secretary told me « let’s see first if you can afford our fees before anything. Then she told me we don’t have time for people like you who just seek advices » I was chocked. They charge 375 dollars for the first appointement and ask for $4000 before you even meet with them. They say they don’t have time to give people consultation, you have to choose them as long term attorney or they won’t give any advices on any matter. Where is humanity and kindness in all this? I never met Barbara but I know one thing her secretary sabotaged her work by being so hostile.

Mr. Hamilton changed our lives for the better. I had gone through divorce 4 years before without representation. I wound up moving to Orange County to be closer to my family. The marriage and settlement agreement gave my ex wife physical custody and me “reasonable visitation.” My ex wife decided that meant she could dictate visitation how she saw fit. As she remarried and had another baby, she decided she would only allow me to see my daughters once a year, told me I didn’t have a right to phone calls, and if I wanted the girls to visit me during the summers I could wait till they were 18.
I hired Mr. Hamilton to represent me and file a request I for order changing the custody arrangement. He negotiated with me ex wife’s attorney and represented me in court. I now have joint legal and joint physical custody. I get to drive up every other weekend to see them. They now will come down here half the summers and alternate holiday weeks. I was missing out on my daughters’ lives. Mr. Hamilton fought for me. My daughters are the most important part of my life. I couldn’t be happier, and I owe this all to Mr. Hamilton.

I can not say enough about the impact Pamela has had on our family. We are foster parents who wanted very badly to adopt the little girl we have been fostering for nearly two years. Despite being the only family she has known, DCFS was determined to place her with distant relatives with whom our daughter had never met. We had navigated the system as best we could but it was clear we needed a professional to advocate on our family’s behalf.
Pamela came highly recommended and with good reason. From our first conversation she put us at ease with her frankness and obvious knowledge of her craft. Mind you, this was all happening during the pandemic so we still to this date have not had the opportunity to meet her in person. Nonetheless, she instilled confidence, gave us peace of mind, and patiently guided us through every step of the process. Then, at a later court date that I was unaware of, she emails me at midnight the day of court indicating we have court - but provides no zoom call in numbers, or phone numbers, so I cannot be a part of the hearing. I met Keith in 2019 after two very traumatic events happened and I didn’t know what to do or how I was going to handle everything I needed to do to ensure myself and my 3 month old daughter were taken care of. My soulmate, my spouse, and the Father of my precious baby girl had just been killed in a tragic car accident at No fault of his but by the other driver. I drove an hour and thirty minutes to meet with him and at our initial meeting he was very detailed, confident, reassuring, empathetic and made sure he had everything he needed in order to start the long process and it was a very complicated case in which not many Judges or clients have had. Gina was actually our second attorney.
The first attorney looked great on paper. The opposing attorney was a bully. It became frighteningly apparent after a few months that he was not willing to fight for us. We would have lost everything.

Lory is the worst attorney for males. Please do NOT waste your money. I made a review on her before and it seems that it has been deleted. I hired her on a custody case presented SO much evidence for her to use and bring up in court and she CHOOSE not to present or bring up MOST of the things I provided for her. She has no fight in her doesn't for you to get the best most reasonable outcome. She came into court really unprepared and didn't help prepare me for the terminology. Upon hiring a different attorney is when I realized the mistake I made in hiring her. The initial court is what sets the tone for how things will proceed forward. It sets the tone for how things will follow and the emphasis and fight She put into the initial court it was as if she just waved the white flag without fighting it. My child support was set by her at 1100$ a month for one kid. ONE kid. I make 80k a year my ex makes 60k a year I SHOULD NOT BE PAYIN THAT MUCH! the initial court and how she failed to properly represent me is to blame for that. SAVE UR MONEY IF YOU ARE A MALE. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR SURROGATE. It appears communication is not at the top of their list. Me and my wife hired Milan Phan to complete our Surrogacy agreement with our surrogate. Because of their lack of urgency we may have lost our surrogate. They have been working on it for 3 months, an agreement that we already had completed. Meaning they didn't need to negotiate anything. When I reached out to them to get guidance on things, they actually thought I had my own attorney. Something we never expressed and find extremely weird to be honest. Regardless, we cleared that matter up and I have now called 3 times to request a call back from our attorney over a 10 day mark with NO response.
My next step is contacting the North Carolina Bar and reporting them for lack of communication. Something an attorney can lose their license for. I just find it crazy that I have to threaten that to get a response from our attorney.
