I have nothing but amazing things to say about Gravis! My attorney Rebecca Saitz and paralegal Terri Durham were absolutely amazing and so patient with me. I am not the greatest person with communication and they were on top of everything for me. They made sure to communicate everything with me even when I wasn't in touch. They didn't sugar-coat anything but also made me feel very confident in my case. They explained everything to me in ways easy for me to understand. After paying a total of $300 for two consultations, 15-min each, at a different law firm and not receiving sufficient guidance on how to move forward with my situation regarding a real estate matter, I decided to continue my search in finding what I deemed to be adequate legal counsel.
Therefore, I conducted an online search and came across the Law Office of Bradley Voyles. His reviews seemed extraordinary, and I was eager to give his office a call in hopes of setting up an appointment to speak with him as soon as he was available to meet with me.
When I called his office, I was hoping I would be able to quickly pay my consultation fees and schedule an appointment with Mr. Voyles to have my issues addressed within the next 1-2 weeks or so. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out from his receptionist that although Mr. Voyles was currently in court at the time of my call, I was promised he would call me back later that same day to go over my concerns.
From the moment I called Mr. Voyles's office, I was immediately impressed at how courteous his staff was, and in how responsive Mr. Voyles was in getting back to me in the same day. I was not expecting this level of service at all!
Furthermore, when I called his office, I was surprised that at no time during the call were consultation fees ever brought up. Usually law offices want to charge your credit card lots of $$$ before you can even just say, "hello" to an attorney. But this was not the case here. I genuinely felt like Mr. Voyles and his staff's primary concern was just immediately addressing my concerns and nothing more.
In fact, when Mr. Voyles called me, he spoke to me for over 40 minutes. He also asked me to email him documentation and real estate contracts regarding some of the matters I discussed with him, and after wrapping up our conversation, he still never asked for any consultation fees.
I'm honestly in awe at how patient Mr. Voyles was with me during the call and with how informative he had been. The level of legal service I was provided by him was unparalleled to anything I've received elsewhere. I honestly cannot see myself entertaining another law firm on any related legal matters, just based off the recent experiences I've had with Mr. Voyles and his staff.
Mr. Voyles, this is how you create relationships that are mutually beneficial between the attorney and client! Thank you so much for everything you've done to help me!

TERRIBLE...Absolutely do not use!!!! We used for a custody case and he lost miserably. We felt like we were stuck and allowed a lot due to false hope he continued to give as a means to keep sucking in your money. Examples: we paid retainer and never knew what it went towards. Scheduled meetings and he would be 20 min or more late for and during the private meetings we had, he would take other client phone calls and discuss their case on the phone openly with us in the room. This was taking away from our allotted time of which he as always late for. The meetings would have numerous interruptions yet would still be billed for the entire hour. There was a lot of fraudulent billing for work or services not performed. Most all scheduled court hearings, he would show up to court late. Continue to put off the court dates as a means to extract additional billed hours. Charged 8 hours full bill rate for a 15 minutes in court to schedule a new court date(never know a real reason) and then wanted to sit out on the bench outside court room and smoke while talking about motorcycles. Yet, he billed for entire day fraudulently. Yes, you will be billed for his smoke breaks! He smokes a lot. Absolutely do not use this attorney! Almost a year after the case was resolved we received an additional 2800 bill from him. When questioning it was bills for made up items like the additional time spend talking on the park bench about motorcycles while he smoked. The numerous times the called us to get information that they had been provided up front in a 3 ring binder printed off and emailed. yet since they lost it, they charged again for us obtaining it. Numerous items such as this. Never once received a statement or breakdown of anything even though it was asked for several times. I denied the 2800 additional fraudulent charges. Never heard anything for a year and a collections company called. I explained and denied the charges with them and contacted Meeks office again to dispute the charges. Again they agreed to discontinue the charges. 6 months later I was served a week before a scheduled court hearing over the charges. I contacted the courts and asked to reschedule due to preplanned work trip the week of the hearing. I was directed to reschedule with Meeks office since they requested the date and hearing. I contracted them and explained the business trip for my work and had proof of it. They gave new proposed court date and would reschedule it so we could have it heard. They did not do as we agreed and had the case heard while I was on work trip anyway getting a judgement against me due to default. This attorney is crooked and will only steal your money. As far as my case was concerned. He told of all these wonderful things he could make happen in court and when it came down to it. Absolutely, did NOT deliver on anything. Actually cost me all these wasted attorney fees on top of dragging out the case a year longer then he should have. It was a custody case and this Attorney got his Butt handed to him in court. Absolutely terrible attorney and as a business, they are liars and fraudulent in their billing. You must Have a written contract and record ever single occurrence with this legal team. Yes, its a family affair. Choose a different attorney to represent you by all means. You will be money ahead and thankful. This attorney was never prepared and was blind sided ever step of the way as a result. Which will only cost you in the end. He IS going to charge you for all his mistakes and all his breaks. You will pay for his motorcycles and his daughters working for him. Choose wisely- choose someone else. This is my experience with Mr. Meeks and his team. Hope it helps others not fall victim.

I first became aware of Henry "Hank" Miller when I met my now wife who was in a child custody battle. Hank Miller was appointed as the guardian per the court.
The father in the custody battle failed multiple drug tests. The father was put on supervised visitation for a period of time. Following that period the father took another drug test and still failed terribly from there the answer that we got from Hank Miller was that even though he failed the drug test again we should give the father MORE privileges and gave him UNSUPERVISED VISITIATION. His answer to most everything was "well we just really go backwards".
So Hank Miller thought it was a great idea to take a child and allow the child to go with a drug addict who had just failed a drug test and give the drug addict unsupervised time with the child.
Hank Miller seemed to support the drug addict father more than the mother who never failed a drug test and was raising the child on her own at this point.
Once a relocation motion had been initiated for the mother and son to move out of state, Hank Miller even fixed his mouth to say that "even if it is better for the child to go with the mother I cant support the move."
THIS IS EVEN WITH THE FATHER ONLY SEEING THE CHILD ON SUPERVISED VISITATION FOR 4 HOURS A WEEK / 16 HOURS TOTAL FOR A MONTH.
Hank Miller does not care about the safety of kids nor does he care about the people that are doing the right thing in the case. NEVER TRUST THIS MAN.
TOTALLY INEPT AS A GUARDIAN.

Kylee has overpromised by a margin on what's available to me in our initial conversations. Then as the case progressed she failed to follow thru on her initial claims of what I could pursue. At the end I was forced to settle and ended up conceding considerably. Having been berated by her in front of the opposing counsel and many others on more than one occasion was also another unacceptable conduct.

THE OWNER LIED LOOK AT THE PICS Used Jeremy S for a case where 2 days after the case was over he was pulled from the firm due to being sick and not being able to represent. We called to talk with the firm 8 times and no call back they have no communication will take your money and never call you back
3/13/24 edit in response to the owner saying “Jeremy was not pulled” one thing the owner doesn’t realize is we referred a client who called us 2 days after my court date to ask why Jeremy was no longer working on her case then she informed us he was pulled from the firm for being sick …. Aggressive is an understatement your attorney could not walk stairs and couldn’t breathe and barely stand in court….
EDIT attached text from the customer we referred and how we found out Jeremy was released from the firm…. I have called up multiple times all I ask is for communication on your side which I have gotten none and then you just attacked me saying that I’m unhappy with the results that’s not why I’m reaching out, so please contact me for the ninth time so I can communicate with you. If I could rate a 0 I would. That is what he did for me; 0. This attorney quoted me a $4000 retainer in 11/22 and reeled me into an alimony modification case against my ex-wife. He was supposed to represent me, and actually after $12,000 I paid him over the $4,000 he quoted me. I still had not trial set, this money was charged tome for me to submit my financials to his paralegal. He submitted no motions to compel against my ex-wife who did not submit he proper affidavits and paperwork, but charged me for 2 motions to compel he never filed. We finally went to court a year later and $22,000 later. He misrepresented me and I was ordered to pay my ex-wife's attorney $11,000 fees on top of the $22,000 I already paid him for a total of $33,000 that has forced me into bankruptcy. Then he emails me and says I am no longer practicing law, you will have to find another attorney. Leaving me to hold all the debt he put me into and received no representation for. Stay away!

To be fair Mrs. Stubbs is the only divorce lawyer I have worked with but she was amazing! Her entire team was so supportive I truly felt cared about. She held my hand through much of the process answering every question with patience and I always felt protected. My ex husband was not as big of a fan often referring to her as my personal guard dog. I would simply reply with “That’s because you’re on the teeth end, as the one holding the leash I think she is is wonderful.” Mrs. Stubbs & her team were worth every penny, and I never for a moment regretted hiring them. I paid Joel Fry to defend me against Connie Matthews on charges of domestic violence. Durango is a small town. Everyone knows everyone. Connie owned a business around the corner from Joel’s office.
I told Joel that Connie attacked me multiple times. That the third time she was attacking me I pushed her off. Police arrived and I was arrested.
Joel continued to tell me to plea guilty, because he said, “The Judge will send you to jail.”. I trusted him and did. It’s now on my record. I remember him saying, “You’re retired. This conviction will not affect you.”
It came to light that Connie, single and 60, knew Joel, single and 60 and they both pretended not to know one another.
From my experience Joel Fry is not honest.
So beware.

Unknowledgeable, Way Too Expensive, Dropped the Ball and Miserably Failed Us
Paid $3,500 for absolutely nothing accomplished! Lacked basic knowledge and failed to get it yet charged a fee for nothing but excuses. Charge for reading and sending every email, even though the staff were not well trained to explain important information. Cancelled twice at last minute and was always providing unencouraging depressing hopelessness. Finally dropped me for complaining. THIS IS THE TYPE OF ATTORNEY WE WERE ALL WARNED ABOUT! Complete waste of time and money.

Not a very good law firm you speak to a very knowledgeable very intelligent person at first and then you get stuck with another attorney that does not fully handle the situation properly. Then adds fees can't show up on time and does not do exactly what you asked from the first point of contact before the retainer was even placed. They ask for more money much like trying to hire a contractor you hire I'm thinking they're going to do the work and then when they get to start the work they claim they need more money. Even though it was claimed in the beginning exactly what was needed.

Lynn Wypych could use some improvement, and here is why…
1. Does not answer the telephone or take phone calls. Hides behind emails
2. Overcharges. As a state appointed employee, she nickel and dimes hard working families
3. Does not explain her decisions. She is the second most powerful person in your divorce, and she does not explain the why behind her decisions. She just comes down hard on families with unjust recommendations to the court, and when questioned, hides behind emails and will not get back to you or your attorney.
There is always more to the story, but these are the basics. She has charged my ex-wife and I over $50,000 for effectively nothing. Yes, I am upset with the fact that I have been on supervised visits for three years without explanation as to why or what needs to be done on my part to relieve the supervision. Another $25,000 sent to the supervisor with no end in sight and an excellent track record with the visits / great relationship with my children, it should be obvious as to why I am annoyed with Lynn. A telephone call on her part may be a start in mending the relationship, but I won’t hold my breath…

They scheduled me a consultation two weeks ago. I arrived and waited 15 mins before going to the receptionist desk, only to be told that he is available. I had to ask if he had a paralegal to take my information for the case. Met with the paralegal, only to be given short handed answers and prices. Save your time and go somewhere else

On a recent visit to my mother's home, I was bombarded with the praises of Attorney Marc Brown and their paralegal Sheldon. At 74 years old, my mother lacks knowledge of legal matters, making her susceptible to being mistreated or taken advantage of. Don’t trust this lady with the most important things in your life. My divorce, went on for a year and a half. I paid $12k to this Law Firm to do nothing. First mistake the judge will appoint one lawyer to turn in the paperwork for child support. They appointed my lawyer She never turned it in. I Kept calling the courts house to see how much my child support . Then I find out she never turned in the paperwork. Her mistake made me behind $5000. Me and my ex-wife gave my father-in-law $50,000 to buy his company. Which we had 500 shares of stock in the company. Miss Bowen told me that in evidence finding that it was no proof of 500 shares. She kept on giving me the runaround about this. We went to mediator, That Miss Bowen did on zoom while my ex-wife and her lawyer was there. Saying that she had a flat tire but still charge me $3000 dollars for it. While she was never really present leaving the zoom turning her camera off so we couldn’t see her. Nothing got settled. Then the day before the final court date she called me saying that we did have 500 shares, but it was gonna be a problem in court. So I made a bad decision to go with what she advise me to do. But to find out later she was wrong. So I settle out of court to get half the money back from company that I put in. My settlement agreement was $75k. Miss Bowen told me I would receive that money within 3 weeks. It took 3 1/2 months before I got the entire amount. Had to call her and she only send me 25k. She said that the other money was held up in HER bank. 4 weeks went by had to email her she only sent me $20 thousand more. Then another 4 week went by I had to email her again then she sent me another $20 thousand. These went on for months. She did these like it was her money. A couple more things went wrong but I’m running out of room but I think you get the message. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
