Mr. Crumbley went to bat for me immediately, got me the legal coverage I needed to stay safe, and is an all-around excellent guy to work with. Strong recommendation for Huntsville-area personal defense and personal injury work.

The most kind, understanding, empathetic, and skilled lawyers in all of Alabama. Mr. Forrest Fleming took on my case against all odds to fight for the truth in my legal case and refused to stop until my innocence was upheld. I can not begin to thank him and all the legal team here at this firm enough, you truly saved me, my reputation, and my future from falsities. Thank you for helping to uphold the truth! May you all be blessed for helping me and treating me with such kindness and respect!

You can do better if your willing to sort through smaller firms (or possibly worse if you are careless.) They do promptly respond to questions and follow up.

First court appearance was with Mr. Payne let's just say nothing to write home about there. However when I was passed on to Mr. Fleming it was like I hit the jackpot. He is the only trial attorney I will ever and have ever used. He eased my anxiety over whole situation and very good at making sure he is doing what the client wants. Finally, he is very relatable and un-afraid to take a case to trial. Thanks so very much.

Everyone was incredibly polite. Forrest was very friendly, professional, and understanding. The situation was resolved with a nolle prosequi which was greatly appreciated. I thank everyone at the office for being so kind and helpful.
Only reason I don't leave five stars was because of an honest mistake that, I completely understand but, resulted in me driving a considerable distance only to find out the court date was changed due to a scheduling conflict and driving that considerable distance back home. Otherwise, there were no issues.
As much as I appreciate all of their efforts, I hope and don't plan on needing to work with them again. If I do, I know where to contact them.
Reply to Response:
I'm not referring to the court's allowance of continuances as a mistake. I'm aware of the court's willingness to give proper notification to the other party involved resulting in mandated repeat appearances. I'm also completely aware that no matter how hard representation asks the court to reconsider a continuance, especially repetitive continuances for the same reason, the court has every right to grant them. Things play out this way and I'm in no way suggesting it should have been carried out in another manner.
I believe my second or third court appearance was scheduled for 1300. I also believe it was going to be my first appearance after retaining Crumbley-Blackwell & Associates and I thought it prudent to call and verify that the court date, time, and location was in proper order. I was told that the court date and location they had on their calendar was correct but the time was 0830. I had already traveled approximately half the distance to Huntsville when this phone call took place and I was told they would call me back shortly. I remember this quite well because I had enough of a mind to read the situation, realize the appearance for the next day was likely no longer going to happen, so I pulled off the road and waited for the response. They did indeed call back shortly and I was told that my court date was now changed to a month from the original date, at 0830, in the same court room. They also told me my court date was changed due to my Crumbley-Blackwell & Associates representation already having a court appearance at my original appearance date & time in another location and would not be able to appear with me.
I have no desire to nit-pick about what is and isn't a mistake, however if that scheduling issue had not occurred, then there would have been absolutely nothing regarding my representation
by Crumbley-Blackwell & Associates that could have been better. I'm not upset about it and as stated previously, it was an honest mistake.
I appreciate the response and at the end of everything, if I don't like driving to Huntsville every month for a court date, don't break the rules in Huntsville. Simple as that. Again, the office was incredibly friendly and I greatly appreciate all of their efforts that resulted in the best case scenario for me. Many thanks.

I recently had to appear in court for the first time, my attorney Crystal Phillips was amazing, her knowledge and skills were displayed from the moment of our first office visit throughout the trial. She was able to handle multiple co-defendants without any difficulty, she answered my questions and helped to alleviate my concerns. She never made me feel that my case was unimportant. During the trial she was able to expose the states witness as the liar she is and walked away with a verdict of innocent for each co-defendant. The front office personnel were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this firm.
