Jonathan Blackwell and his fellow associates, especially Robert Payne, helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life, a long & drawn-out legal battle with the City of Huntsville. For over two and a half years Blackwell & Payne worked hard for my case. Every dollar I spent was well worth it! Robert Payne defended me through a jury trial, and the verdict was NOT GUILTY. Mr.Hess and Amy Bryant helped me with a very complex contested divorce involving my child. Every email every phone call was always answered! My questions were always answered and the level of reassurance they offered was amazing. Mr. Jim Hess, who served as my attorney and his Legal Assistant, Ms Amy Bryant, were incredibly competent, always helpful, very quick to reply (even nights and weekends - once, late on a Sunday evening!).
