In May of 2021, my ex-gf falsely accused me of Domestic Violence/Assault. This was answered without hesitation by the City of Huntsville as well as the state of Alabama, which also resulted in me being served with a PFA and being arrested. Jim Hess and Annette Cantu worked with me on a "simple" estate case. Both were very patient with me since I was sick the day they taught law in ninth grade. Another positive attribute I discovered was that Jim and Annette both have a sense of humor, a trait I suppose is rare in the legal profession. No one ever wants have to need a criminal defense Attorney, but if you ever find yourself needing one, I high recommend this firm. 2021 was a rough year for me, I had to use Mr. Crumbley to get me out of a tough situation with false accusations while going through a divorce.
