Mr Parker has been a tremendous help to my wife and I, we moved in a renter whom was causing us tremendous grief within days of hiring Mr Parker he took action on our case and our tenant had a immediate attitude adjustment. Mr. Parker was instrumental in assisting my family with an eviction. I cannot state enough how easy he has made this process. Mr. Parker was an excellent communicator, and returned any phone calls within one business day. I found him to be accessible, helpful, professional, diligent, and kind. I highly recommend John Parker for any legal counsel. I can’t say enough great things about the legal counsel I received from John. I'm a landlord that is currently going through my first eviction. I did a Google search and Parker Law Office popped up. I called and left a message, and Mr. Parker called me back in about an hour. He gave me some great legal advice and information on how evictions work.

Seems nice enough but if this was a medical doctor I would probably sue him for negligence. Supremacy is not just about race, it is about anyone who has power to mistreat knowing that he or she can get away with it. 1. I have multiple properties and someone mentioned his name. Shame on me for not reading the reviews. 2. I have lost THOUSANDS of dollars because of his irresponsibility and negligence without him showing any care about it at all. With the exception of one straight forward case , he would not have done anything for my other evictions without me staying on top of each case with me begging for his action. 3. He has not been able to evict a tenant who has not paid us since last July at $1,400/month that I had to go to another attorney last month and he was able to be in court on my behalf today! Mr. Parker still has not even been able to call me back, answer my calls, nor respond to my texts. 4. I had overpaid him last year because he demands payment before anything but he ended up not filing because the tenant left and according to his rates he only charges $275 for the 7day notice vs the almost $900 and he was supposed to refund me back BUT HERE AGAIN… he continues to ignore! How UNETHICAL!!!!!!! 5. Yes , he can do a simple filling for $900 BUT !!!!!! Don’t expect more. It is really a shame how people in power can get away with such behavior. 6. If any chooses to use him after reading this… well, I have gone through this to warn against him and his unethical and negligence. 7. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN!!!!
