I have been a landlord for many years and have never had to legally force a tenant out of one of my properties. I did a google search for attys that do this in my area. John's office popped up so I reached out. I heard back within about two minutes. Asked A LOT of questions over two days and every single time John answered my questions and never pushed to move forward. He sent me everything I needed to move forward and gave great education on the process. He monitored the items, did the filings, followed up on the exact dates we could take the next step and I am now tenant free in a short period of time. ABSOLUTELY! Use John. Only interacted with him and everything was fast, easy and helpful. One flat fee and no surprises. Great experience.

I live out of state and have rental property in Mobile. Mr. Parker has done several evictions for me. He handles everything for me . He even goes to court on my behalf. He gets it done quickly and keeps me up to date on the progress. I would definitely use him again.

I have hired him twice for evictions. On the first case he was physically present, but I did not feel confidence in him when the judge had to prod him on what his client was entitled to request. On the second case, he requested information to use to serve the delinquent tenant. I provided it. I called, emailed, and texted him. The tenant was never served. He just abruptly stopped communications both times. He does not follow through with the process, but gets his fee up front. I will choose another attorney in the future.

UPDATE: I have really been trying to restrain myself from posting this update. I haven’t received the deed to my house or any information from Mr.Parker on how to get it. I have many calls into his office with NOT one return call. I have emailed him with the response that he was out of the office and would call on the next day. Well….that day NEVER came! He was recommended to me but, I can assure you that I will NEVER recommend him to anyone else. He needs to do better. It’s just a phone call or an email letting me know about the deed to my house, I mean I did pay him for a service upfront. I had the best experience at Mr . Parker’s law firm. I called him, told him what I needed, made an appointment and it was taken care of in less than an hour at my appointment with him! Thank you again for such great, very professional service!

Last part of July I hired him for a eviction paid what he asked now the last week of September and he hasn’t even started to work on my case he doesn’t return phone calls or email takes your money and runs

His fees are also reasonable. He listened to our issues and gave us a quote upfront, and did an amazing job. Yes, we will definitely hire him again and do recommend him to anyone who needs a good residential real estate attorney. He provides 5 star service.

I have tired to get him to help me. At first he was great. That was the first and pretty much last time we talked. Was supposed to get a call from him and I got a text about 3 different times saying something came up need to call you tomorrow. Like I said did that about 3 different times and now I can’t even get a response through text, email, or phone calls. Don’t know what is going on just glad I didn’t give him any money yet.
