John Parker reduced my stress and time dealing with an eviction. Everything went smooth and I appreciate that all communication and document exchange was easily handled by email, no paper. I spend much of my time abroad, so having a lawyer I can easily contact and trust to handle my tenant legal issues in Alabama is extremely important.

Mr. Parker does not return calls, I have been calling for over two weeks leaving messages and have yet to receive a return call. This is very frustrating to say the least. We have had a person on our home since April, we retained Mr. Parker in June and paid in full. We are still dealing with this issue and can’t seem to get this resolved. This has been a terrible experience.

Mr. Parker was able to resolved my issue in a timely manner. I am please with the outcome. I would recommend him to anyone with an eviction issue to used him. He will advise you on the option that are available and based on your circumstances he will let you know upfront whether you have a case or not. Be patient with him, he may not always answer your call because he may be busy but he will respond to you asap when he is available. I appreciated his service.

Mr. Parker has assisted our management company with tenant relations in Mobile on a number of occasions. He has always conducted our business with a high degree of professionalism. Update: Mr. Parker made things right and provided my refund as requested. I must say I appreciate anyone who holds their word and works to resolve issues. Much appreciated! Like the other reviews, I experienced the same problems. He was very nice, but terrible at communication. I had to hire another firm to handle my evictions because this guy totally disappeared. I requested for a partial refund and he refused to pay. I had no clue the eviction attorney would be worse than the tenant being evicted. Many firms would not take on his cases as they mentioned this guys is known for disappearing and poor communication. I am still trying to get my refund from this guy. My next step is to file a complaint with Disciplinary Division | Alabama State Bar.
