This place sucks! These public pretenders aren't willing to really help you. They can care less if you are charged with something you aren't guilty of. Don't even know the statue laws! coercive tactics to force me into a plea agreement. Counsel has repeatedly told me that my only option is to plead guilty. Don't chose this place to help you with your case. Worse results with these folks. Big CONFLICT OF INTEREST

I strongly recommend Ben for injury accident cases. Ben and his team were timely, professional and dedicated to getting a fair and just settlement. I was the personal representative of my late father who was involved in a motor vehicle accident located in Anchorage where he was injured. The at fault driver's insurance immediately paid for the vehicle repair but when we sought legal actions for medical treatment, they offered a settlement that was a tenth of the medical bills that my father had already accrued and lost wages. After receiving the insurance company's offer, we immediately hired Ben (after researching other local attorneys) who reassured my family that the offer we had was not fair. I was provided information and required paperwork Ben needed to help assist. My family and I were able to settle without having to go to trial and the final settlement was 15 times the insurance companies first offer.
