Didn't have a problem contacting my lawyer at any point. Thank you Summer Cole

I wasn't able to speak with Ben before the deposition which wasn't what I expected from a lawyer. I had reached out to him after to speak to him about the process multiple different times. His co-workers that were assisting him with the case talked to me when I called I was able to get information but then things changed when I reached out again after been ignored and forgot about. The person who had picked up the phone at the office raised his voice at me and told me different information and hung up on me when I explained what information that was given to me. Ben will tell me he will call me back multiple times but never returns calls or responds to any of my messages. I don't recommend this lawyer!The communication wasn't there.

I was represented by Summer Cole and she was tremendous through the whole process. She was attentive, communicated well, she did not deviate from my desired outcome and was very patient and persistent in achieving that outcome. I am very pleased with her performance; she displayed great integrity in her work. Excellent service from a very competent lawyer.

I had a neighbor dispute that turned into a criminal case , the prosecutor was being completely unreasonable , so I took it to trial , Summer Cole Was on her J.O.B and fought tooth & Nail , ending with a Mistrial - which in this case was possibly the best possible outcome , THANK you Mrs Cole - Highly Recommended. Ms. Summer Cole has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She never fails to respond to my calls or emails within 24 hours and let’s me know when I can get a hold of her the next week so we can have further discussions during the court process. Further more she is very informative and puts in the extra work to answer your questions. If you get assigned a lawyer from Denali law I suggest requesting “Summer Cole” She is an outstanding lawyer. Do not let her age fool you. Her ambition and dedication to her clients well makes up for her lack of years as a lawyer. Also Denali law as a group work very well together. Such that the court dates miss Cole could not intend, I was perplexed by the knowledge her “stand-in” had on my case. Overall the folk at Denali law take pride in their work. I’m conclusion if you are facing criminal charges find your self a lawyer down at Denali law. These people care about their clients beyond their work. They take care of you likes their family enduring the justice system and put in the work to protect your rights and give you the best outcome available. Above all else listen to your lawyer their reputation depends on how they represent you. They care about your case more than you know. Ps. Court is slow be patient and if your lawyer is going the extra mile take it into consideration for your case and go above and beyond to make amends for the charges your being processed for. whether you committed it or not. your best bet at a case dismissal is requesting from your attorney what programs or court acceptable classes you can take before the prosecuting attorney requests it. Me and miss Cole witnessed 4 dismissal cases in a row during court due to them completing court acceptable classes regarding their case.

Fast and got back to me right away

Everything was wonderful Ben is helpful and great. Up until 4 months ago I signed everything he asked for Ben sent me a email stating that it should only take a few more days just waiting for everything to be finalized. That’s when communication has been cut off Ben and his office has not returned emails and or text/ phone calls in the 4 months since that last email in May. All I’m looking for is an update and am at this point very frustrated. I have been patient because I understand being busy and that these things take time but not even a quick email back or a return call is upsetting when you are just looking to know what happened with your settlement.
