I felt it was important to share my experience and working with Mr. Richard Payne. He is extremely hard-working, prompt, professional, and compassionate. He returned my calls in a prompt manner, and he performed his job like any other caring human being rather than just the typical public attorney that you would get that does not care to return calls Mr. Payne Is an exemplary Attorney and I highly recommend him and the firm Denali law group.
Thanks for all your hard work Mr. Payne!

I'd like to think that Jenna Sutton has saved my entire life by helping me get my case dropped back in 2022. I was pulled over because my headlights were out (my first ever automatic vehicle that didn't come with a manual) and failed a sobriety test to which made the officer think I was drunk. After blowing all zeroes. And finding absolutely zero alcohol in my blood, and a few rescheduled court dates, Jenna, helped my case get dropped. These law issues are no joke. Hope she has had many recognition since then. Thanks again Jenna. You're the best.

Ben was handling a car accident I was in back in July 2021. Communication was sparse, I mostly worked with Neil Fulsang who was not receiving much guidance or supervision from Ben. I thought my case was settled and everything was finished back in November 2022 but much to my surprise I was contacted in February 2023 by Rawling's saying my medical lien was never paid even though it was taken out of my settlement by Ben. It was then that I learned Ben was placed on disability by the Alaska Bar in December 2023. I was never contacted by the attorney taking over his cases because my file did not exist, they cannot track down the funds Ben took to pay for my lien. I am writing this review in case there are other clients like me that were never notified of Ben’s change in status.

Staff was very communicative and even though my case was considered aggressive or agitated they drop my charges and got me the lowest sentenced possible

So I was in a car accident five years ago.Ben was interested in my case after filing all the paperwork he spent two hours on speaking with me. The next time I spoke to Mr.Critteden was two years later. he never responded to any of my emails or my text never called me back another year went by no contact onto the fourth year. Spoke to Ben once bring you up to speed he didn’t do any research on my case never told me too do you something that would help my case so I was left hanging for five years. He wouldn’t speak up on my behalf. I got a enclosed amount for a settlement. Then he stole my settlement check and I’m left with a traumatic brain injury, living on the streets because he failed to contact me throughout this whole personal injury case so I recommend nobody use Mr. Ben Crittenden as a attorney of law in Anchorage Alaska , he is dishonest and disrespectful most of all not a honest Attorney…!! I lost my cabin motorhome and my wife an step daughter!! I still live on the streets hoping that I will get my money that I can have a better life…,
