Hello. I would give them 10 stars if possible. I received a phone call that my daughter 24, had been arrested for Domestic Violence & Family Violence. It was her first time ever being in trouble with the law. She was married and lived on the JBER Base in Anchorage, AK. I live in CA. I didn't know how to search for an attorney in Alaska to help me. Going online I searched and searched for criminal attorney's. I noticed that Ben Crittenden had excellent reviews. I left a message online for a consultation and within hours a soft spoken Paralegal named Monica called me back. She answered all my questions while I took notes. She offered to speak with my daughter on base to make her feel more comfortable. My daughter was terrified. Not knowing her rights, afraid they would take her kids away. I told my daughter if she liked her we will hire them. My daughter said she will know she likes her by her handshake. They met and my daughter said she liked her and her handshake was genuine. After signing papers and paying the retainer there was nothing Monica wouldn't do for us. She answered our texts messages, emails and always kept us in the loop. Our case was dismissed and charges were dropped this month. I dont know exactly what Ben Crittenden did but whatever it was, it worked. Thank you Ben Crittenden and Monica Woltz for everything you did for us.

Ben Crittenden was exceptional in getting my case dismissed against me. He was very confident and helpful in explaining the terms of my case and felt strongly that it would be dismissed. He was right! I got dismissal of my case against me last week. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was that the state of Alaska doesn’t respond in a timely manner and it often seems like forever. Thank you Mr. Crittenden for making the charges go away!
