*Will update frequently* Monday Jan 8, 2018: I hired attorney Gayle Brown to assist/represent me for a very complex situation. As a criminal justice major and former army all source intelligence analyst, I gathered all of the evidence and research she needed to make the best defense for me. At first, she seemed like a "go get'em," "bulldog" attorney. I am learning that is not the case. After my $5,000 retainer fee was carved down to $1,000, the only thing that had been done was a review of my evidence and a letter to my ex regarding the situation. Responses are very untimely. Also, most interaction will be with the paralegal who will fill you with false hope. I have been told several times that certain action will be taken at a certain date. When I ask for an update, I do not receive a response, and nothing has been done. Absolutely terrible customer service as of this point.

Ben Cittendent, Did an excellent job tough spoke the law. Ask the court how someone could use the law to manipulate and persuade them with no evidence due to the other person's criminal record. then told the we have the state's star Witness and is willing to give a testimony if wish to proceed. On our next court appearance the case was dismissed not one case but two cases.... Tkz.B. Crittenden. excellent job that's why you deserve the Stars I gave you.

I was so glad to find Ben Crittenden on the internet when looking for an attorney. I was upset, scared, and had no idea where I would find help. I emailed Ben with the details of my problem. He was in Florida at a seminar and still took the time to respond to my email, helped me with the steps I should take and what to do until he was back in town. Ben Crittenden is the best you can find when you need an attorney. He is fair, considerate, and kind. I have medical problems that had flared up and Ben was sympathetic to those without being maudlin. He gave me the name of a class I could take that would help me personally through this time and, through that class, I received the support and insight necessary to be a proactive in my case and to work through everything as Ben advised. The fact that he was aware that I was upset emotionally as well as physically made a deep impression. He handled everything exceptionally well on an even keel with no drama. I have complete trust in him. I hope I do not need him again for personal injury, car accident, DUI, or any other practice specialties but, if I do, I definitely will call Ben.

great guy! took care of my case from start to finish. i never had to worry about court dates, all i had to do was visit my doctor and concentrate on my recovery after a car wreck. Ben took care of the rest. i was referred by one of my dad's friend & i would highly recommend him to everyone.

I hired Josh on the recommendation of a mutual friend. He represented me first in a DUI case, then on a DV assault case. He was able to minimize the damage from the DUI case, for which I will be eternally grateful. He worked with the SOA to get the DV charge reduced to a non-barrier crime (harassment) which allows me to continue my work as a caregiver. He and his assistant Reece Robert took extra time and care to make sure they achieved the best outcome for me. Hopefully, I won't need him again soon but if I do, I will gladly pay his very reasonable fee for his excellent representation!

You never get to speak with they attorney if they are appointed to you, but only when it is during court. I asked for documentation to be sent to them before my remand date, showing I served my time. The lady I spoke with over the phone said they finally received it on Monday. When I asked if I needed to go to remand, she told me no. That was such a lie making me look really bad. Now the lady she works with said she did not say no. If they are going to be your appointed attorneys, be wary of speaking to those answering. They like to lie and make you look bad!!

10.2018: Gayle is routinely available to translate documents and tactics taken by the other party. I have been on a pay arrangement with Gayle, and without her kindness I would not be able to afford counsel. I am more than pleased with Gayle's office and services. 2018: just want to thank Gayle and her office for all she does. She is a very busy lady, but that doesn't stop this powerhouse. So far i have no complaints about her, just more questions to our judges in the circuit.. September 2017: all is well again. The office was simply flooded with a slough of court appearances in both Anchorage and the valley. This office works like no other. July 2017 no one has been returning emails or anything. Seems very out of the blue. Not sure what has transpired here to cause this. Certainly alarming. I've gotten an invoice but no return to phone calls or emails. This is certainly different than what i experienced starting out. Feb 2017 Have been working with this office for a while now. They are very busy and sure to this sometimes take a while to get back to you. So far, I'd recommend them

Ben took my case after being fired for an injury on the job. I'm not going to lie to you, the next year and a half of my life was a living hell on earth, but Ben Crittenden stood by me, with me, and for me. I'm 46 years old and at one point, I sobbed over the phone, because of everything I'd been through, but we won. We went up against one of the largest companies with one of the best law firms that they could throw at us. Ben was patient, kind, straight forward, but most of all honest. If you need an attorney, you would be an absolute fool not to hire or at least consult this fine gentleman. I'm glad I did, and today, although not perfect, I have my life back.
