very poor representation very poor service very unresponsive very unethical... They have had my geico claim since January 2021 it was july 16 2020 i was hit in a accident and injured.... im constantly having to deal with the upaid outstanding medical bills from this and just one month over 40 hours with all the medical billers and other people im haviing to deal with... their paralegal put up brick walls and makes excuses for failures and not having done anything at all to help address the billing issues at hand..... this month will probably be another 40 to 80 hours having to do more of such and its been nothing but distress and more problems.... they show no interest in resolving matters no interest in representing if there is anything they have to do a congressman office needs to be involved to do their jobs for them so that im not worse impacted than going to nobody..... my credit is being destroyed and life destroyed by law offices and their staff who sit back carelessly waiting for a genie to jump out of a bottle and do their job or me the client to do it.... so far i have spent over 276 hours dealing with medical billing people medicare and collections trying to save myself because slacker law offices that dont care and spent zero seconds zero minutes zero hours dealing with the problems going on with the unpaid medical bills and dont care.

Katie Elsner is a razor sharp litigator that has worked hard for me on multiple occasions.
