I was wrongly accused by a state institution and punishment was imposed before I was ever contacted regarding the accusation and without due process. Had this error not been corrected it would have resulted in significant financial hardship. After punishment was imposed, I was notified that there would be an opportunity for me to meet with my accuser. Josh was contacted and, after some discussion, it was decided that he would represent me at this meeting. Josh immediately began his own investigation and was able to gather significant credible evidence including emails and numerous reputable statements confirming my whereabouts. Josh was thorough and professional at all times. When representatives of the state institution opted to play hardball Josh "knocked it out of the park". Josh's legal and verbal skill restored a respectful and constructive demeanor in the institution representatives. The punishment has been suspended while the institution conducts a more reasonable and thorough investigation.
