I came home after serving 10 ten years for Robbery 1, Burglary, gun possession and a list of other charges. I went and sat down with this exceptional lawyer and I explained my dilemma and all the things that I was going through pre and post incarceration. Danielle listen to my situation and gave me back word for word my concerns she told me that I have grounds for appeal and she will look over my minutes of my case to develop a strategy.
My appeal was granted and case was dismissed due to her persistence and knowledge. Her experience, attention to detail and focus are incredibly impressive. I never thought that I would need a defense attorney. Unfortunately, my family and I were involved in a situation and needed one. My family and I were attacked by a group of individuals. In the course of defending ourselves we were arrested. This law firm worked diligently to get the charges dismissed. They did not stop there. They continued to work to ensure that the individuals that attacked us would not do so again.

Danielle Muscatello worked on my appeals on a harassment violation that has led to my termination as a teacher for NYC public schools. Although the duration of the case was a bit lengthy , which was not due to her lack of concern, she made sure to stay in contact with me to keep me updated on the case's progression. She also maintained contact with my original defense attorney who tried my case, which I thought showed her compassion and dedication for what she does as well as her care for her clients. Brad helped me again! I must tell you about a great traffic attorney in Hopewell, VA and Sussex, VA.
This is so embarrassing, but I will tell you anyway! This is the 3rd Ticket Brad Butterworth has been hired as my attorney. Two times in Hopewell on 95, of course. And the 3rd time, in Sussex on 95, of course.
Brad does a great job explaining my wrong doings to the courts. I have never been to court. Brad and his office just handle the details once I give me my up to date DMV driving record and I take the I Drive Safely online course.

First time ever in jail and looking at felony 2 with a court appointed lawyer and I was terrified by all the horror stories of my fellow inmates. My odds at getting one to actually care to show up and discuss my case with me were little to none. I heard continuously bad things about most court appointed lawyers. They finally assigned one to me four weeks in and by 9 am the next morning his team was there to work to help me. I was blown away. He immediately went to work for me and was never to busy to answer questions of any kind .and put the effort into my case. When my first court date arrived and was reset with no future date I was horrified. Within one week I was out of jail with case dismissed and back at home where I belong. I can't say it enough.. Thank you Anthony Cantrell. You were a cut above the rest.

Laura is the type of attorney that you see on television shows like "Law and Order." She's a formidable opponent, and extremely logical and rational. We are forever indebted to Don. He brought an expert witness(retired CHP) who was outstanding as well !
He filed a motion for suppression of evidence as my fiancé was pulled over for a vehicle violation for failure to use his blinker.
He was able to prove that this was an unlawful pull over and arrest as the officer was profiling. He got the officer to admit this on the stand !!! All charges were dropped as the evidence had to be thrown out. He was caught with 8 lbs of marijuana and got off scott free. He was facing atleast 1 yr in jail and up to 5 yrs.
