Sold himself well, promised me it would be 99.9% easy case; ended up he wasn't listening to me and didn't read the ticket when I sent it to them at the Firm. Quoted me something then next thing I know the price went up 4x because I was transparent and very descriptive about what my situation was.

After making several mistakes in my early adulthood, my record had always hung as a cloud over my life. Last year (November 2020), I decided that I was going to pursue 4 "set-aside" orders in two jurisdictions to try and reduce the impact of my convictions and to restore my constitutional rights. I did some research and came across the Heath Law Firm website. After reading the information there, I decided to contact them and see what the chances were that I might get the orders granted. Mark and Paula were more helpful and compassionate than I ever thought possible. They helped to alleviate my anxiety about the process and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Covid 19 did slow the process a bit because of the restrictions of the courts and the backlog of cases... But all 4 of my motions were granted without issue.
