Heath law firm is extremely passionate and caring. Mark took good care of me and my family . I was looking at spending over 30 years in prison for my 10 felonies but he was able to get me 3 years probation. He always kept me informed and truly took time to explain the legal system and make me and my family feel like there was always hope . I will always recommend his service to anyone seeking legal assistance. He is pro military and also take good care of all cases. He is very diverse in the legal system and very knowledgable .

I was charged for criminal speeding in Arizona. I did not realize it was a misdemeanor until I did a little bit research. I did not live in Arizona, and I really had no idea what I should do as I do not want have a permanent record in my life. I was really distressed. Mark Heath helped me to get through this issue. He is very knowledgeable and patient to answer every question I have in details. He successfully negotiated with the prosecutor and got it reduced to a civil case, which was a great relief for me. I know a friend of mine who is in the similar situation (criminal speeding ticket), but her attorney did not get it reduced to a civil case. Mark was the only lawyer that responded to my email messages about my issue the same day i sent it. He spent a lot of time with me discussing my case and many many emails answering questions. Many times the man responded to my questions very late at night. He must work 16 hour days. For my particular issue i had used another law firm in the past unsuccessfully, so i definitely am able to compare Mark's service to a prior law firm and i can say the difference is striking.
