This literally was the best experience with an attorney I have ever had. He was very fast and thorough gathering all of the information needed and getting the proper paperwork filed. When I would call him or email him I would get immediate responses back from him not a secretary. We had 1 court date and everything went perfect. If anyone is looking for an amazing family attorney I highly recommend giving Tad Davis a call!!!

I live out of state and received a criminal speeding ticket while driving to Phoenix. Mark Heath did an excellent job of getting my criminal speeding case dismissed with no points on my driver's license by sucessfully negotiating with the prosecutor to give me online traffic school instead. This was all done without me having to travel to Arizona to be present for the proceedings. He also went above and beyond to educate me on the process and kept me updated throughout the case.
