Mark and his firm provided incredible service during my bankruptcy and the whole process was effortless. I looked for an attorney for 6 months and after several false starts I came across the Atchley Law Firm and was glad I did. Mark offered a payment plan with just a $1 down and this was the best $1 I ever spent. Fast forward from 2019 to 2022 I own a brand new car and a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a desirable school system. Thanks Mark for all you and your team did for me! The results speak for themselves

Mark was a great help with my bankruptcy. Any questions I had he would respond very quickly. Everyone in his office extremely helpful. The payment plan he has is great so you can move on with your bankruptcy and pay as you go,which was amazing. I would definitely go see Mark first if you're planning to file bankruptcy..
